Really awful ‘jobs worth’ attitude from a staff member called Luka today. On approaching the store I had to wade through piles of discarded rubbish, much of which had been trodden into the store, floor was filthy. I asked him if something could be done the overflowing bins next to the door. His response was ‘ it’s not actually our problem’ . So I said ‘ how’s that?’. He responded ‘ it’s another company that has to deal with that’ so I suggested he got a bin bag and sorted it out as this situation is reflecting very badly on a company that I have used for over 50 years. Shame on Boots Martlesham Suffolk. I will not be returning. Let’s hope when there’s finally a takeover bid that is successful attitudes will improve. Off to Superdrug.

Terrible service. Long delays waiting for sandals delivered from China was not aware . When they arrived the were poor quality and not wide fit.
Tried to request return due to above reasons and was denied due to no return policy. How a company can have a no return policy on clothing items I do not understand.

Site suggests that sandals are wide fit. They arrived and they were not. Was then inform that the site do not give refunds. Very poor indeed. Don't be scammed. Might be more comfortable for average wearers but not wide fit.

Despite their website claiming delivery within a few days, I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for my sandals. They finally - apparently - arrived at the Relay shop for collection
They are not there
No response from My Boots about this delay and now waiting to see what they say about non arrival

What an absolute disgrace of a company. Communication is terrible. The fit of the sandals is awful, I am trying to return them, they have refused the return and sent them back to me. With no explanation at all.
I will continue to send them back until I resolve it.
DO NOT buy from this company.

If i could give zero stars i would, i have sent multiple emails to support and have no reply, the boots are uncomfortable, and one of the pairs i bought has the heel area cracked in the same spot on both side of the shoe, i purchased in May 2026, and only after 3 months of wear they didn't last. I will be going to ACCC to lodge a complaint. I asked for a refund but they didn't reply. Don't buy from them, it feels like they just buy it off Shein or Temu and onsell it.

I ordered 2 pairs of sandals from this company, My Boots didn’t realise the goods come from China! I waited over 2 weeks for delivery only to receive 2 pairs of sandals, one pair size 4 (37) the other pair size 5 (38) I ordered both pairs size 5 (38) but one pair and get 2nd half price.

I would like to return the incorrect pair but after emailing, sending numerous messages, no one is replying. I am getting really annoyed now as companies shouldn’t be allowed to run this way. If I don’t get a reply, they will be reported to Trading Standards.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !!!!Awful company bought from the website, shoes arrived and don't fit. I've requested a refund. Promised a return label within a week nothing! Emailed again and again to be ignored!

SO TIRED OF ORDERING FROM A SO CALLED BRITISH RETAILER AND THEN ONLY ONCE YOUVE PAID DO YOU FIND OUT YOUR ORDER IS COMING FROM FLAMING CHINA....FALSE ADVERTISING BY OMMISSION

I ordered a pair of heels more than a month ago, I vhased to ask where my order was a couple weeks later, and received a reply explaining they were checking some details and would post that week. Since then I emailed them many more times and haven't received a response, nor the order. Definitely a scam I am sorry to say, so be careful buying from this site/ company.

Was scammed, I wish I looked them up first and read reviews. They will not own up to their wrong doing. Was sent shoes that were NOTHING like the photo. Terrible!!! I emailed them and contacted them through Instagram, they responded, did not own up, then completely ghosted me. I reported thier website and instagram. Considering there has been so many complaints on here from a while back, I don't understand how they're still in business and haven't been shut down. This is criminal!

I ordered some Harry's razors on line, there was an offer code of MENSAVE20,
however when I tried to check out it said the code was not valid. I tried several times with the same result. As my husband needed them, I ordered and immediately emailed to explain the problem. What followed was many emails where I was refused a refund, also refused the opportunity to speak to a supervisor. On the following day, still trying to get a resolution, I was asked to supply a screenshot of the offer, by which time of course it had changed to free postage!
My tip for today, take a screenshot of the offer because Boots obviously don't know what their offers are. 😡

Awful company. Wish I had checked reviews and return policy before ordering, as they don't fit and won't accept returns/refund. I would avoid this company unless you're happy to pay for items that don't fit.

I ordered lovely flexible stylish sandals on the 22/5/26. I made the mistake of checking trust pilot after placing and paying for my sandals. My immediate thoughts were that I had thrown my money away. However, I received my order today 1/6/26 and they are great. My only criticism is that the communication about where my order was and when it would be delivered wasn't great. That's why I have given 4 instead of 5 🌟

I ordered these through an instagram ad. They did take a while to come which suggested China and I checked trust pilot. I wasn’t hoping for much. However I really love the Sandles. They are super comfortable and lightweight. To be honest I didn’t find them too expensive for 2 pairs. I am happy with them.

Appalling customer care.
Ordered some creams but the wrong ones arrived.
Sent back for replacements, the same wrong creams arrived again. After 30 emails between myself and Boots Customer Care I was getting very annoyed and frustrated so I cancelled the order and got a refund. 0 out of 10 to Boots.

SHEIN and Temu sell the exact same products for about 5-10 pound . Don’t be conned .

Ordered saddles, said arrived but I didn’t get them 😞

Very surprised to see 5 star reviews on there site! Poor quality, not worth the £40 I paid and should have considered the fact there’s a no returns policy!
Took almost 3 weeks to arrive and no response to my emails. Would not recommend!

Absolutely diabolical service. The boots did not fit and they refuse to give a refund or even an exchange despite me contacting them within days of receipt the response I got said -

We have looked into whether we can make an exception for you but we face the following issues:

Limited Stock: We currently have very limited stock availability for these boots due to a supply shortage, meaning we are unfortunately unable to offer an exchange for a different size or colour.

Warehouse Closure: Our warehouse operations are temporarily offline, which prevents us from issuing a return label or processing physical returns efficiently right now.

I responded to say that this was not acceptable but despite chasing they now ignore my correspondence

I would not recommend buying from them
