Iris did a fantastic job training our team at Sydney Pole
Iris did a fantastic job training our team at Sydney Pole on Attentive. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to answer our questions, making each session engaging and easy to follow.
One area that could make the training even stronger would be having a more structured training plan and agenda, with the topics and goals for each session shared in advance. This would help everyone prepare and better understand the overall learning journey. That said, we really appreciated the recaps and action points Iris provided after each meeting, as they clearly outlined what we had covered and what to focus on next.
Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we truly appreciated Iris's support, expertise, and willingness to help our team succeed.

Great customer service
Fue muy facil la comunicación con la persona encargada de mi cuenta. Fue muy paciente ya hasta pude completar el proceso me acompañó y ayudó con paciencia.
La aplicación falta por anadir algunas opciones para que los consumidores puedan reservar clases recurrentes o puedan reservar siempre un horario fijo, pero en general hay muchas opciones para el cliente.

The Customer Service for onboarding was…
The Customer Service for onboarding was great with Joan. I do wish they would give the agents more time for onboarding especially for new clients instead of just the 2 hour or 1 hour time block that way you could get everything done more efficiently within the day vs spread out almost a week. Regardless Joan did a great job assisting the best she could with the Time given to her ! Can’t wait to see how this goes with the new transfer !

I had an excellent onboarding…
I had an excellent onboarding experience with Cornelius for the Mindbody software. He was incredibly helpful and kept me on a logical, well-structured path throughout the entire process. He explained everything step by step, making even the more complicated features easy to understand.
I asked a lot of additional questions along the way, and Cornelius handled every one of them with patience and professionalism. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I fully understood each topic before moving on.
What stood out the most was his patience during the moments when I felt frustrated or overwhelmed. He remained calm and supportive throughout the entire onboarding process. Thanks to his guidance, I feel much more confident using Mindbody. I truly appreciate his outstanding customer service and highly recommend working with him.
