Moses Ndungu was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the entire onboarding process. He truly went above and beyond to make everything as easy and seamless as possible. He was incredibly patient, responsive, and always willing to take the extra time to answer my questions and make sure everything was set up in a way that worked best for my business.

Transitioning to a new system can feel overwhelming, but Moses made the entire process so much easier than I expected. I genuinely felt like he cared about getting everything right and making sure I felt comfortable and confident moving forward. I couldn’t have asked for a better onboarding specialist. Thank you, Moses, for all of your help and for making this such a positive experience!

Giovanna is a wonderful trainer as she ensures her clients understands the training by walking us through each function, while explaining the why behind it. We felt very comfortable asking questions or having her go back if we were unsure about something during our training. At the end of lesson, she provides us with more content to help us navigate through our training and a recap of our session to go back for notes. Overall, we are very happy with her performance and customer service.

My initial experience transitioning to the platform would have been 1/5. But, once I shared my concerns and was placed with Felipe it was a complete turnaround!! I'd give my onboarding specialist Felipe Guerra 10 stars if I could. He was exceptional. There will always be a learning curve when learning a new platform, which is understandable. But, I came here today to make sure everyone knew that Felipe saved the day!!

Ho avuto modo di provare due servizi e confrontarli direttamente: Mindbody e Bsport.
Con Mindbody mi ero sempre trovata bene, ma dopo una call con il team di Bsport mi era stato promesso un cambiamento radicale in positivo. Sembrava che il loro sistema avrebbe semplificato ogni aspetto del mio lavoro.

La realtà, però, è stata molto diversa: molte delle promesse fatte non hanno trovato riscontro e i costi si sono rivelati decisamente più alti di quanto prospettato. Dopo questa esperienza, ho scelto di tornare a Mindbody — e ne sono davvero felice.

Oltre alla piattaforma, che conosco e apprezzo, c’è un valore aggiunto fondamentale: Cinzia, sempre disponibile, presente e pronta a supportarmi in ogni richiesta. Una professionalità che fa davvero la differenza.

I am very impressed with the Customer Service and would highly recommed this company.

The Team at Mindbody handled every inquiry and question I had with ease and support. All answers provided clarity. I appreciated being guided throughout each step of the process. I especially liked how I knew when to seek support within the app for questions, and when and who to reach out to on the team for those nuanced inquiries. So far my experience has been 5/5!

We went live with mindbody in July 7th by July 8 we realized the platform wouldn’t work for our mobile business was not user on the go friendly. I am asking to cancel it hadn’t even been 24 hours!
