I want to say they are selling factory rejects to people. I got an identical jersey from Adidas store and you could tell the difference in quality and cut. Their customer service is also horrible. You email and you get a respond back couple weeks after asking little question not answering your need and then you reply and have to wait weeks again. Also their shipping dates are completely wrong and delayed.

Poor quality. Letters are peeling off. Even worse customer service. Very frustrating experience.

I received my jersey in 3 weeks instead of 10 days. I never received tracking. I never received an explanation other than... it should get there soon. Ultimately it didn't fit. I communicated with customers service for OVER 2 MONTHS. they would literally say they would send me a return label or link and just wouldn't. I finally found an address online to return it and they received it and then never credited it. Finally my credit card company stepped an and credited it back to my account. I've still never received the promised "directions to return".

More shite from this company. They refuse to fulfill their order.

Follow up on an earlier review. Still nothing. I received an email a week ago that they would refund me in 3 days and still nothing. Customer service is a joke. Using this service is like playing the slots.

Ordered from Jersey Loco and the items never arrived even after waiting more than 6 weeks. And they charge twice on my bank account and I ask for refund they never respond. The items they sell are counterfeit it’s fake. No recomendable no good

Customer support appears to be deliberately misleading on a refund/return. Slow order, slow shipping. Would not recommend.

After reaching out, they sent an email promising a full refund the exact same day, but they never actually sent the money. I ultimately had to go through my credit card company to file a dispute and get my money reclaimed. Avoid this company, their customer service and refund promises cannot be trusted.

Don’t buy from this company it’s all a scam and all they care about is your money. It’s been since May and I am still going back and forth were there “support team” about this refund. We’re now in September and they’re still “checking with fulfillment team”. Such a joke lol. It’s starting to be funny because they say this every two weeks lol

The jerseys haven’t arrived yet and it been more than 2 weeks. They are not even in my state yet.

Does anybody know another way to call or complain about them. I have tried emailing them and calling them at 619-257-1961 to get my refund and no luck. I need to know how to report this.

I've been scammed by this company. Bought a jersey from this site and it arrived defective. I followed their return instructions exactly, including using the tracking label they provided, and shipped it back. Once they had the item back, they stopped responding entirely — no refund, no replacement, no reply to any message through their site. Tracking confirms delivery, so there's no dispute that they received it. Save yourself the trouble and buy from a seller that actually stands behind what they sell.

THIEVES, they Never REFUNDED for 4 Jerseys. I Returned 3 jerseys in June 2026 and have the tracking receipts! And I paid for a 4th Jersey as a PRESENT for a friend and they Never shipped it to the friend. BUT I won't give up! I'm going to use all the Channels to GET MY MONEY BACK!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed my order in June for the World Cup and never received it. I am still waiting for my refund and have had absolutely no resolution.

I have never had such a horrible experience with a company. I would strongly recommend staying well away. I have now had to dispute the transaction with my bank in an attempt to get my money back.

Here is the quality of it, came with tags off, decals unglued , Sim on the neck ( poor design), and yet it says tags need to be attached in order to return when it came with detached tags, plus size XXL is like M or better case smaller L, very missguiding couldn't wear it to the game!!! Contacted them for the return/ replacment , "sure we can guide you trough the process " and I never heared back from them. Don't buy don't waste your money, I hear they buy it in China and re- sell to people for 5x more ! Customer sewrvice is non existant!

They do not fullfill there orders completely. I am still waiting on an order since May. Hey where is my home USA jersey!

They sent me a coupon that didn’t work, email assurances that were shite! Send me a jersey, HELL any bloody jersey! I will even take a Tottenham jersey at this bloody point.

I have ordered 3 jerseys from jersey Loco and only received 1. The jersey i received was exactly what I ordered and great quality. The other 2 jerseys never arrived and I didn't get any refund. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact them. At this point the risk is too great to continue using this store.

I started a chat to correct the address but never received a confirmation email. The jersey has not been delivered yet and the tracking information does not provide any information.

I placed an order with jersey loco, 2 jerseys out of 3 came.
Customer service is the worst.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. made a purchase. Ordered and received a jersey sized small. Jersey was actually about an XL. Followed their required return procedures. Paid shipping to return and track my return. jersey was received on June 17. I have made several attempts to contact regarding my refund. Twice, they have acknowledged that they received it and would escalate my return. Today is August 16, they still have not refunded my $78. The contact numbers either invalid or do not accept calls. Total BS.
