I personally feel like an idiot for not taking the time to read reviews on this company. The website says that they have high reviews ( 4.9 out of 5 ) but Google rates it 3.5 and I can't find any reviews that are much higher. They show some of them on the website, but doesn't say where it got those reviews and when they were made. The reviews that they put on the website, show pictures of happy reviewers. If you read reviews of products at any other website, how many have pictures with them?
They say fast shipping. I would not call three weeks is fast shipping. My tracking said that my NFL jersey was shipped to order from China.
I tried to cancel and get a refund before it shipped, but they told me because it was in "Advanced Production" they could not cancel the order and give me a refund. They said when I get the package to contact them to return it. I checked their return policy and see that they charge you a "Restocking Fee" when you return it, so they make money on returns, even though they never had it in stock to restock it.
The delivery is slow and the service tracking doesn't give you alerts when it is out for delivery, so don't be surprised if it just shows up on your door step. If you are not home and somebody steals it... Well, good luck.
The quality of the jersey heat applied numbers and logos. The fabric is thin and feels cheap to me.

Jersey quality is great. Shipping took a while, but worth the wait.

Ordered a Kelce jersey on 7/29, promised delivery in 6-12 days. It is now three weeks later and the item still has not even left their facility. I needed this for my nephew’s birthday (8/28), which is now impossible because their new estimate pushes delivery to 8/29-9/4 - a week after they promised.
When I asked about a refund since they broke their own shipping window, I was told I’d have to pay return shipping myself, even though the delay is entirely on their end. Customer service was polite but couldn’t actually fix the timeline or make this right.
If you need something by a specific date, do not order from this company. The advertised shipping window means nothing, and they don’t stand behind it when they miss it.

Ordered a Haaland Jersey and I was a little concerned about how long the shipping time was, be patient, very good quality on a slow boat from China, as they say. Very good comms from 99Jersey CustServ then even enduring our glorious USPS, literally tracking it back and forth twice from Cali to AZ back to Cali then to AZ. BUT just bought another Jersey. BE PATIENT! All good.

The order took over 2 months to finally deliver (despite stating 7-14 day delivery) and customer service is lacking. When the jersey finally arrived the adult shirt was kid-sized. No refunds or exchanges. Do not recommend ordering from this website.

The patches and nameset look oficial. Cant complain at all for what i paid.
