The pants are my favourite item so far. They’re loose without looking baggy and the waistband is comfy.

Good experience. I ordered a winter style knit and a simple dress both came neatly packed and looked like the photos. The knit is warmer than I expected so it’ll be good for cooler days. Delivery was slow but clearly mentioned so no shock there.

The free shipping is a big plus. I hate getting to checkout and seeing extra charges added on so this was refreshing. My order took a while but at least there were no surprise costs.

Very happy with the quality and the way the clothes fit. The wide leg pants are comfortable but still look polished enough for work. My only advice would be to offer free returns because buying clothes online can still feel risky. Apart from that the experience was good.

Customer service was really helpful when my tracking froze for a few days. They replied properly and didn’t make me feel like I was bothering them.

The buying process was simple and there were no surprise charges at checkout. My parcel arrived later than what I’m used to with bigger stores but it was still within the timeframe shown. My wide leg trousers arrived today and I LOVE them!! They sit nicely at the waist and don’t drag on the floor which is usually my problem. Took a bit to arrive but the fit made up for it.

BUYERS BEWARE. I wish I could give 1 star. The dress that finally arrived for an event was a totally different dress. Absolutely nothing like the one I ordered, not even the same style. I couldn’t even find the extremely cheap dress that arrived on their website. It had no tags, and was of terrible quality. Tried contacting customer service but was only offered a 30% off voucher and now they won’t return my emails. Don’t waste your money.

I had a small issue with my address after ordering and contacted support straight away. They responded within a day and helped sort it before the parcel was shipped. That kind of service makes a big difference when buying from a new brand. The clothes themselves were lovely and very wearable. I would just advise shoppers to allow extra time for delivery.

The clothes have that relaxed feel I like not too dressed up but still put together. My summer style shorts and blouse fit well and feel comfortable. Delivery could definitely be quicker though.

Mixed feelings on this one. The skirt I ordered is cute and the quality is decent for the price but the shipping time was longer than I expected. It did arrive in the promised window so it wasn’t technically late. I just think an express shipping option would make a big difference.

Absolute Scam, regarding this company! The address on the company site is based in Australia. Yet it took over three weeks for items to arrive. Items do not fit, they are cheap looking and do not fit properly. Items were not cheap on website, and I honestly thought I was buying from an Australian store. I have emailed them while items were running late for delivery, I did receive generic responses! Now that I have explained that items do not fit me and would like a refund.. I have telephoned and emailed but no response! Buyer beware! I will be reporting them as a scam tomorrow morning!

Really liked the trousers i ordered. They’re comfy at the waist and look smart enough for work so no complaints from me.

The dress I ordered is very flattering and easy to wear. It doesn’t feel cheap which was my main concern because the price was reasonable. Shipping took longer than big retailers but free delivery helped balance that out.

I’m happy with Hainst so far. The products are affordable the quality is decent and the styles are easy to wear. My only advice would be to add express shipping and free returns because that would make the shopping experience much better.
