Please do not buy any Jellycats or amuseables from this Company. They say they are in Netherlands. They get all their goods from China, takes around 18 days. They are selling Jellycats at full price and also stating they are twice the price. Which is false as on Jellycat site you can compare.
The labels give these amuseables away. From China and not the real thing.
Please do not buy they will not admit they are fake but try and give you some kind of refund. Goods from China are cheap imitations so this company are making. Lot of money. If you not sure whether it is fake. Look at Jellycats and see how you can tell.

I had an issue with the delivery company. Reached out and they got it resolved quickly! My daughter loves her Jelly cat.

Site was easy to use. Once the item was shipped I was sent updates so I was aware when the delivery would be. Will definitely use again for future purchases.

Faulty item sent. Provide a phone line but when you call it says phone line not in use. When you email you get only AI responses and they don't read your emails. I've asked for a refund but they won't provide one unless I pay for the International shipping to return the FAULTY item . Consumer rights gone out the window. Do not shop here.

Defo Fake! Google took me to the site after searching for Jellycat Dragon for my daughter (everywhere else sold out). Came after 2-3 weeks with all the correct branding but poor quality with a hole in the neck already.. tried to contact them and they said it would cost more to send back than it was worth as I would have to pay shipping returns cost and duty.. so best to keep it and they offered a 15% refund.. steer clear for sure.

Avoid at all costs - sells fake Jelly Cat and would not agree to a refund until my bank did a chargeback. Masks their fraudulent activities by having good communication and a decent looking website but this is a scam. Return address is in China!!!

I’m so ashamed of not reading trust pilot and believing their banner saying they have a high positive review feedback.
I have made a purchase before realising it is a fake Jellycat and have requested that this be cancelled twice and not to send the product. This has been ignored and no refund made. I have made it clear I don’t want the product and wish to cancel but they ignore this. The price is certainly not suitable for counterfeit items and I’m very disappointed in myself for not reading the reviews before ordering.

I am very angry, I am an avid jelly cat collector and have compared the labels of the items I bought from my tiny muffin.com with my genuine jelly cats and I can confirm that this website sells counterfeit products. There does not seem a valid option to return the products without paying a charge considering that it would be returning the product to China, this is not financially worth it, I wish I had read the reviews prior.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered what was advertised as a genuine Jellycat, but it took 4 weeks to arrive. When it eventually arrived, I see the item is clearly counterfeit and not as advertised. They are asking me to pay to send it back! Wish I had checked Trustpilot before purchasing. I definitely wouldn’t order from this company again selling fakes.

DO NOT BUY, they sell bad counterfeits, the customer service lied to me when I tried to cancel my order before it was shipped that it had been, then the following day I got the shipping email and the customer service told me it was a ‘mistake’, the customer service phone line doesn’t work, and after they lied to get the item shipped to me they are saying I need to pay for returns which other reviews say are to china. I have proof of lies on emails, no denial of the item being counterfeit and proof of when I tried to cancel they mislead me to force the order to ship. This is by far the worst company I have ever bought from and if your thinking of purchasing don’t waste your money.

Products are authentic, customer service was helpful & responded quickly. Shipping to US took a bit long but that’s expected I guess. Overall great 👍

Bought 2 jellycats recently. Very clearly a fake, I have since bought a genuine and the face is wrong and the beads inside are wrong. Also the label starts with Shang not a jel. Don’t waist your money on fakes

In my experience, this site is selling cheap counterfeit copies, not genuine Jellycat products. The website uses images and videos showing what appear to be genuine products, but what arrived was nothing like them.
The returns policy is also extremely misleading. A Royal Mail logo is prominently displayed, giving the impression that returns are straightforward. In reality, I was eventually given a return address in China, with the cost of postage and potential import charges falling on me — costing more than the products themselves.
Instead of providing a practical return solution, they repeatedly tried to persuade me to accept partial refunds and discounts. Only after I refused these offers was I given the Chinese return address and told about the costs. Avoid this site. Do not trust the product images.

I have bought a “jellycat” marshmallow keychain, it was fake and fell apart after couple of weeks and when contacted them they refused to accept return and refund as “outside return policy”! Absolute joke considering i paid £25 for it! Avoid, scammer company.

Delivery time longer than expected but good communication

My niece already owns a ridiculous number of plush toys, so finding something that actually felt different was not easy. This one managed it. The design has personality without looking too childish, and she proudly showed it around to everyone at her birthday. Seeing how excited she was made the purchase worth it.
