Poor quality.
Several emails to customer service have been ignored.
Jacket considerably bigger than stated.

The size guide was accurate for me. I followed the measurements and the fit turned out just right, so there was no need for an exchange.

AVOID THIS SCAM. Like others, the product I received looked nothing like the image in the listing and made of cheapest synthetic materials (though missing the statutory fibre content labelling). Webpage makes it look like it is based in London, when you try for a refund the business says its based in the Netherlands, then you are told you have to pay registered delivery to return to China. Then then to add salt to the wound they state "s stated in our terms and conditions (accepted at checkout), all returns must be sent back to our fulfillment warehouse in China, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We mention this in advance to avoid any surprises..."

Poor Quality should have read these reviews first, Chinese rubbish shoes. Do not answer phone or emails

This works well for both casual days and slightly smarter plans. I have worn it with jeans during the day and with trousers in the evening, and it looks good either way. The material feels nice without being too thick and the shape stays comfortable even after several hours.

I ordered a few items at the same time and was pleased that everything arrived together. The package was sealed properly and none of the clothes were creased or damaged. I liked the selection on the website as well because there were plenty of simple styles that are easy to wear regularly. The whole ordering process felt smooth from checkout to delivery.

SCAM DROPSHIP FROM CHINA. Returns are impossible and, believe me, you will not want what they send. The linen shirt I ordered isn’t even good quality polyester. No fabric care or other labels. The cotton t-shirt is mostly polyester, poorly made and a weird shape. Return is almost impossible unless you want to pay around £30 plus. This store is not in London or the Netherlands. They are trading illegally from China.

BEWARE The shoddy shirt and shorts delivered are vastly different to the smart items displayed on the website. I requested a full refund well within the 30 day return period. Wentworth then launched a lengthy claim process only to state finally that a full refund would not be made as the claim had timed out.

DO NOT under any circumstances consider buy from this company. Their products bear no resemblance to the items displayed on their website. Quality is awful and their returns policy points you to sending back the items to China at your expense!!

Disgraceful company and hope everyone avoids at all costs. Its no more than a scam, returns policy is the worst I have ever expanded. For them to mention London in their company name gives an impression that this is where they are located, its basically a Dutch company shopping from China and should you wish to return anything they will tell you this could cost you up to 35 pounds!! This company needs shut down asap.

Despite sounding like a UK company, they are Chinese. I bought an item from them. Eventually the item arrived after several emails from them saying it was delayed due to some technical issues, it was due to it travelling from china, it was way too small despite me ordering the right size, horrible clinging man made materials and poor quality. I asked for a refund and was told it would cost up to £35 to return it at my expense! Alternatively I could accept a 15% refund and keep the item? Rubbish . Do not buy this crap.

This company is not based in London. When I received the items I ordered they were well short of the quality portrayed in photos on their website. The images of clothes on their site are NOT representative of what you receive. The quality is appalling, cheap thin fabric. When I attempted to return the items, what they don't tell you when order goods from them is the extortionate shipping fee you have to pay to return your items to where they are based - China! They do offer you the option to exchange items if you cover a 'small shipping fee'. This turned out to be £22.46! Their business model is based on shipping you items of extremely poor quality not represented on their website and, given their policy on shipping fees for returns/exchanges, forcing you yo accept a refund of 15% of what you paid. Their website is a front and a shame and not representative of how they operate. Avoid at all costs.

I have worn this quite a few times now and the fabric has held up well. It feels comfortable for a full day and has not started losing its shape. The stitching looks tidy too, which was one of the first things I checked when it arrived. It has become one of those pieces I can wear without thinking too much about what to pair it with.

Wish I’d checked trust pilot before buying from this shocking company. I bought 2 premium fabric polo shirts. After waiting 3 weeks for delivery they arrived and I actually laughed when I opened them they were so poor quality. I contacted them to arrange return/refund and was told they had to be returned to china costing up to £35. Shocking.

Delivery was quicker than I expected and the parcel arrived in good condition. Everything was packed properly and the sizing matched what I selected. I also found the website easy to browse without having to go through too many similar styles.

DO NOT make a purchase from this company. Absolutely shocking quality goods. Not what you think you are purchasing the images are AI and you will not receive what you are expecting. NOT a London based company. Goods are quite frankly laughable and come from China. You have been warned!!

Really easy to wear and goes with most things I already own. The fit feels comfortable and it still looks neat after wearing it several times.

Do not buy anything from these crooks
Size wrong quality disgusting and to get any money back you have to return the item to China which costs you more than the purchase price
Should be closed down

Despite a very fancy website the branding is very deceiving. This is NOT a UK company as their name suggests. They are based in China. Items took a very long time (3 weeks) to arrive. Sending items back to them will likely exceed the cost of the items you have bought. BUY BRITISH INSTEAD. I wish I'd checked before I clicked buy... Items not the right size and the summer is now over so items have gone to a charity shop...
