Webpage makes it look like it is based in London, when you try for a refund the business says its based in the Netherlands, then you are told you have to pay registered delivery to return to China. Then then to add salt to the wound they state "s stated in our terms and conditions (accepted at checkout), all returns must be sent back to our fulfillment warehouse in China, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
