Rücksendung nicht erwünscht da Kleidungsstücke so wertlos, dass der Versand offenbar teurer ist.
Wenn man dann einen Gutschein annimmt und diesen verwendet, damit etwas neues bestellt, kann man die neuen Sachen nicht einmal in der Größe tauschen oder sonstiges. Man muss sie behalten oder bekommt ganze 0,59€ CENT erstattet 🤣
Ein Albtraum

My two items were never delivered, and the tracking showed “unknown” for over two weeks. Despite contacting Commense several times, they refused to refund me and only offered a 10% coupon. Very disappointing customer service.

The clothing is beautiful. The quality is great. Customer service responds (takes a day or two). For returns you are credited (full credit) if you chose your money back it’s partial. I have purchased more than 6 times and will continue purchasing.

My defective goods were signed for by this company on the 23/7/26. They still have not given me a refund. This is appalling service! Do not purchase any goods from this disreputable company.

I made an impulse 300$ clothing haul purchase one morning in bed while I was PMSing. I didn’t do long due diligence and when I got the confirmation email and it said “hong kong” I panicked. I started reading reviews and then had reconciled the fact that I was going to get shitty Chinese garbage. I never order fast fashion so I was mad but it was done. So I JUST got my haul and I am THRILLED. Beyond gorgeous, doesn’t smell like SHEIN does, everything fits well. I wish I could post pics here but I’ll find somewhere to bc trust me it was totally fine!

Customer service closed my new enquiry ticket few days back without replying and also stopped replying my emails.

Paid for express delivery but customer service was slow to reply and item was delivered late. 6th day from the day I ordered. Extremely Rude customer service from Blue and Felicity.

Clothes from commense often requires alteration and some are made of pretty bad quality, especially for the price paid. I have pieces where the colour also fade dramatically after 1 wash.

Save yourself the headache and hassle from by buying from a more credible brand or a physical shop. You will get to try the clothes and receive better service.

Absolutely disgusting service .... cheap material designed for people over 6 ft . Returns well after 3 emails got address finally. Then informed when query refund depends on exchange rate... how ?? When you buy the products prices do not differ pending exchange rate ... DO NOT USE THIS SITE

Premium prices but it was shein clothing that i received.
Returned order a month ago and they are refusing to process my refund

I bought a dress which did not fit properly, they told me to keep the dress and I could have store credit for the amount I paid for the dress. I bought something else which cost my store credit plus £11 more. My item has not been delivered and says it is still processing. I would have rather had my money back than be stuck with a dress that doesn't fit as it was described, I have tried to contact the company and had no reply.

This is a terrible company to purchase from. I bought 3 outfits that were all to big so requested a return. They said they would except the return but I would need to return them at my own cost, ok fine. They then proceed to tell me they will also not refund the delivery fee. Which was free delivery. Please don't use this company you will not have a nice experience.

Clothes are poor quality. It is impossible to return. They make you submot the return but then make you wait 4-5 days before sending the return label. Clothes are the quality of shein.

I have so many clothes from Commense and absolutely love every single one. I have friends who compliment me and then also get hooked on buying from them! Their clothes are beautiful and good quality! Be careful you may want to buy everything!!! 🤪😬☺️🙏🏻

First time purchased from commense as I was worried after the review. Finally I decided to made a purchased anyway,which im glad i did. The deliverly time wasnt as bad as other review said, good quality and easy process on the return

I ordered a skirt and within 20 minutes cancelled the order. It hadnt been packed or sent and they sent it anyway. They told me not to accept the order and it would be sent back to them. The order was left in my doorstep. I said I didn’t want it and they said just keep it and you can have £13 in vouchers or something. I’d paid £32, didn’t want the skirt so said I’d rather send it back. They agreed and told me to keep the coat of wending it back and they would refund me. After I sent it, they said they would only refund in credit for the store. Disgusting customer service and blatant liars!

I have a purchased a lot of clothes from this company. One of the clothes dosent looks nice on me, so I ask about refund, they said, keep yhe clothes and I can use some store credit, unfortunately the new clothes was to big and I try to exchange for smaller, but they said, they dont do exchange! So I paid £60 for nothing. Beware, if the size dosent match, you lost your money.

retourner le produit ( en Italie) pour se faire rembourser est à nos frais. Et ça coûte le prix du produit. Dissuasif. Sinon Ils proposent un remboursement partiel (50%) ou un bon d’achat sur le site. Mais comme j’ai un pb de taille le XL ( pour un chemisier) est en fait un 42 et il n’y a pas plus grand je ne veux pas tenter un autre achat ! Très déçue. Le chemisier est pourtant sympa.
Je ne rachèterai pas sur ce site.

Womderful service and awesome clothes

They keep lying about the parcels. I ordered them 2 months ago, and I still haven't received the parcels or got my money back!
