We are very sorry to hear about this situation. To outline our returns/exchanges and warranty policies: Pandora is happy offer refunds or exchanges for items that are returned in a resaleable condition within 30 days with a valid receipt.
The warranty policy covers any faulty items with a valid receipt. Silver, gold and rose items are covered by our two year warranty and will be replaced or refunded. Items made of leather, wood or glass are covered from one year from the date of purchase and will be replaced or refunded in case of a manufacturing fault.
Please also be informed that any exchanges, free of charge repairs outside the warranty, no receipt will be at total discretion of the individual store. We hope this clarifies.
