They may have a posh name but for artisan florists they do not supply them to their customers . They are only interested in their criteria for a complaint to be upheld. The credit they offer is worth zilch when the experience is so awful you wouldn't buy from them again.

No communication between you and your delivery partner. Parcel shop would not accept any parcels from Very for over 15 days as scanner broken. No impact on your customers even a consideration. !!!!

Would have liked to have actually spoken to someone but the chat was with a real person Morgan Greenwood who was very helpful and seemed to understand my enquiry.

We ordered a Natuzzi sofa,stool and rug in April, it was delivered on Tuesday 9th December. The two delivery guys were Mark and Tony and had to put bits of it together, legs, feet etc. They took great care and were very professional and after such a long wait we were delighted with the results.

Booked an appointment for 10.00 only to be told by a rather rude receptionist that it wasn’t an appointment, just a suggested time to turn up. Took over an hour to do a simple puncture. Receptionists should be given training in basic politeness.

Great customer service to my enquiry. Positive attitude and helpful.
