Hello Esther, Glad to hear that you received effective and fast customer service from our team at Gigsberg. Please note that as we are a secondary ticket marketplace, we need to wait until the primary has released the tickets . On rare occasions when there is a late ticket release, the tickets will be delivered on the day of the event. However please always be assured that our customers will always receive their tickets before the event, as per our declaration which states that all tickets are guaranteed and secure. Having said this, our customer services team works very hard to ensure that the tickets are sent to our customers as soon as possible. We hope that you enjoyed the Billie Eilish show and thank you for the nice review.
