Bestelling geplaatst op 6-11-2024. Het is nu 13-11-2024 en mijn bestelling is nog steeds niet aangekomen. Na belachelijk hoge verzendkosten van 11,50 euro betaald te hebben voor 3 kleine batterijtjes van 4,2cm X 1,7cm die in de brievenbus passen, na 7 dagen nog steeds geen levering. Vreselijke service. Absoluut niet aan te raden.

Aliexpress returns service and customer service is a joke. I returned an order no 3042672906657845 for which Aliexpress provided me with a DHL return label with track n trace code. The track n trace shows order delivered 6 days back, still no refund. I contacted Aliexpress customer service and opened a case no 2053803291010004. I contacted them 3 times and all 3 times they made me repeat the whole case inspite of it being available to the support agents in the chat history. I provided them with proof of having sent it and proof of it being delivered to the Alixpress returns address. Terrible service.

Terrible service. 5 day delivery is a scam. I chatted with customer service on 6th working day after not receiving my order and they said we do not give late delivery coupons. They put false updates in tracking showing that late delivery was the clients fault. False status such as recipient changed delivery address etc. Shameless for 1 euro late delivery fees.

Post.nl services get worse as prices get higher. Once again they failed to deliver a package. It is 8 days since i was supposed to receive the package and its still not here. Customer service is as ridiculous as their delivery service. Sorry is all they have to offer. The company is indeed in a sorry state. They respond to negative feedback in the same manner, asking for details and then saying sorry we cannot do anything.

Good service. Many products are always out of stock, although they claim that those products sell out fast, i have kept a check and seen they never were in stock. They offer good discounts, but their prices are higher than others, so after the discount they offer, it comes to the same price as other retailers. Having said that, some products are cheaper than others, after the discounts offered by them.

Terrible website, totally not user friendly. Impossible to book tickets.

Good discounts, fast shipping. Only drawback is most items are not in stock, nor do they come back in stock.

Terrible service. Took 6 days to deliver the package. Returning goods is another nightmare. The customers have to pay for the return shipping, return shipping takes 6/7 days because the return package goes to Germany via snail mail, instead of Bergfreunde`s office in The Netherlands. Track n trace shows it was delivered to their German address on the 13th of April, its the 18th today and still no news from Bergfreunde about receiving the returned package. Upon contacting Klantenservice i was told it will take 5/10 working days to get a refund after i receive an email with a confirmation that they have received the package. No confirmation as yet. The saga continues. Although products are discounted, its Not worth the bother.
You say it takes 14 days for a refund. Thats precisely my point, thats terrible service, why should it take 14 days for a refund?

This website/business is a scam. Wish i had read the reviews on trustpilot before ordering. Received a fake track n trace code for my order. 11 days after
order was placed i contacted their support and received a reply saying my order was either lost or returned. Fortunately i had paid via paypal, opened a case and got a refund.
Gauging from many other reviews on trustpilot, same thing seems to have happened to many other buyers. This seems to be their modus operandi. Take orders and send out fake track n trace codes.

The only thing this bedrijf knows how to do well is make excuses. Through out the year they find reasons as to why there is a delay in delivering post. Year on year they increase prices and their service only worsens. Its not rocket science, employ more people, improve your service. Its a bureaucratic mess. Unfortunately they are the only company with reasonable prices for brievenbus post and so i am forced to use them for my brievenbuspost. For parcels i use every other company but postnl. All other companies are cheaper and have better service. One word describes postnl `` MESSY``.
