Bij de levering van een schoen waren er een aantal dingen mis maar ze hebben het goed afgehandeld en heb netjes me geld terug gekregen. Volgende beter.

Hello, I ordered shoes that I had already received, but the shoes had too many factory errors. I marked the errors and sent them back. I had already sent a message about this but did not receive or hear anything back.
I asked if I could get the same shoes again in the same size without those factory errors because it is a gift.
You have received the shoes. Now I have received a gift voucher code to order shoes, but I had already emailed that I want the same shoes. plus I now see on the site that the shoes have become a lot more expensive, this is not entirely fair, while I wanted the same shoes, so you should automatically send them to me again without the factory errors. Can you help me!!!

We are very sorry but you did not send us a claim about the item. As you returned it, it was checked and accepted because there is nothing wrong on it.
If you want to buy it again, you can use the gift card we sent you but we maintain the item is accepted to our test : it is brand new and authentic.

Goed bedrijf schoenen komen wel aan levering kan alleen wat lang duren max 2weken.
