Selbst 1 Stern sollte hierfür nicht vergeben werden. Ich würde noch nie in meinem Leben so verarscht. Erstmal wir es einen schwer gemacht das Testabo zu kündigen.. und trotz Kündigungsbestätigung wurden mir weiteres Geld abgezogen. Wenn ich dieses nicht zurück erstattet bekommen wird Polizei und Anwalt eingeschaltet. Ich hoffe wirklich das sich viele vorher die ganzen Bewertungen durch lesen bevor sie dazu kommen die App zu nutzen. Teu teu teu.

J'ai donné ma carte pour un essai de 3 jours. Mais dès les 1ère connections j'ai été prélevé 4 fois pour un montant total de 63€ .
J'attends la réponse d'un message que j'ai envoyé avec le relevé de compte mais pas de retour du site. J'ai réitéré ce jour afin de voir la réaction.

Abo kündigen
Das Kündigen des Abos wird einem so schwer wie möglich gemacht. Ich empehle folgenden Weg: Am Computer (in der Handy App habe ich das nicht finden können! Es wird versteckt!) die Website aufsuchen, "Login Button" anklicken, email eingeben u "Passwort vergessen" anklicken, dann bekommt man die Möglichkeit, über PW Zurücksetzen erst einen ordentlichen Account anzulegen. Damit dann regulär auf der Webseite einloggen. Erst jetzt erscheint rechts oben das richtige Menü (sog. Hamburger-Button), dort auf "Subscriptions" klicken, ganz unten erscheint: "der Verlängerung des Abos widersprechen"!, dann wird versucht, einem weitere Optionen des Abos unterzujubeln. Immer ganz unten den Button "Verlängerung des Abos widersprechen" anklicken. Zeit lassen dabei.
Das hat bei mir funktioniert. Es ist eine Frechheit, wie die Not der Leute, die ihr Handy verloren haben, hier ausgenutzt wird. Keine Empfehlung. Nie wieder!

Kupiłam trzydniowy okres próbny za ok 10 PLN a po trzech dniach z mojego konta bankowego zniknęło 147 PLN. Nie bylo zadnej informacji, ze potem automatycznie bedzie kolejna subskrypcja. Tutaj swiadomie kupilam tylko na 3 dni, to nie byl jakis okres probny na probe a potem subskryopcja. To powinno być karane. Musze napisac reklamacje i jak nie otrzymam zwrotu to zgłaszam to do odpowiednich organow.

Sorry, ein Stern 🌟 ist mir noch zu viel. Ich bin durch Zufall auf die App gestoßen und schon war ich in einer Kostenfalle.
Die Firma hat mir seit dem 26.07. zweimal 40,69 € und 50,62 € und ein paar Kleinbeträge von meiner Bankkarte abgebucht.
Ich habe bei der Polizei eine Anzeige erstattet und den Anwalt eingeschaltet.

Scam. I bouth three day trial for 2,99 and after three days from my bank account was written off 39,99. Turns out when you buy trial you automatically subscribe for full version. But when I bought trial, there are not a single word was said about subscription. Also, the subscription doesn't show up in the App Store.

Scam! Charged me three times in three different amounts totalling $21.97 even if I unsubscribed right after knowing that i had to install the app on the phone of the person I am looking for..the "free" trial only costs $2.99 yet i was charged with $8.99 and $9.99 subsequently and their refund policy stated they do not give refunds unless its a technical problem. NO, I DID NOT UPGRADE, WHY WOULD I UPGRADE AT THE SAME TIME I DECIDED TO TRY FIRST???? YOUR WEBSITE IS DECEIVING!!!

Impossible d,annuler l’abonnement
Bonjour, le 18/08/26, je télécharge l’application. Le jour-même j’envoie un mail au support avec le mail identifiant sur Geozilla pour demander l’annulation. On m’envoie la procédure il faut aller dans mon compte Apple. L’application apparaît comme gratuite, impossible d’annuler l’abonnement. Le 19/08/26 je suis débitée de 2,99 euros et le 25/08/26 de 39,99 euros. Est-ce que Geozilla peut me rembourser et annuler mon abonnement ? Je viens d’envoyer un mail avec l’identifiant Apple qui m’a permis de télécharger l’application. Merci de m’informer de la suite car je n’ai pas l’utilité de cette application

In a span of two days, they took $83.69 from my card.
It started with the trial charges.
After paying the trial charge to track my loved one’s phone, I found out that the app cannot even track the phone number unless it is accepted on the other end of the line.
Absolute FALSE ADVERTISING.
Now after being unsatisfied with the service, I proceeded to cancel the subscription; only to find out the next day that I was charged again!! These people should be prosecuted!
Not even worth the one star rating.
