World Cleanup Day: the journey continues, with new steps along the way. Our commitment to cleaner communities continues in Italy, with colleagues coming together in Milan on September 22 and Fano on September 23 to take action and make a difference. In Milan, 110 volunteers joined cleanup activities nearby our headquarters. Meanwhile, in Fano, 64 colleagues took part in a beach cleanup, strengthening the collaboration with local communities. 🌳These two initiatives highlight the growing interest in corporate volunteering and our commitment to local communities and the goals of our Sustainability Plan. In #Brazil, we're not just building projects. We're building relationships. On the occasion of the #RioOilandGasExhibition, we brought together customers, partners, institutions and local stakeholders for “Saipem Brazil Connect”, celebrating our long-standing presence in the country and the relationships we have built over the years. Opening the event, Francesco Feliciani, Saipem's Brazil Country Manager, highlighted the value of the relationships we have built with customers, partners and local communities, as well as our contribution to the development of Brazil's offshore sector. During the event, we also showcased #FlatFish, our autonomous underwater drone, and exchanged views on the future of energy and subsea technologies. The conversation continued at the Rio Oil & Gas Conference, where our colleague Francesco Cavallini, Head of Commercial Sonsub and Subsea Technologies & Services, contributed to a panel on communication and connectivity technologies for subsea assets.  Thank you to everyone who joined us. 🤝 Investing in local talent to support Namibia’s growing upstream oil and gas industry. We have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with PETROFUND Namibia, Namibia’s national institution for petroleum training and education, to support skills development and capacity building for the country’s growing upstream oil and gas industry. Through training programmes, internships, scholarships and knowledge-sharing initiatives, we aim to strengthen local capabilities, foster knowledge transfer and create opportunities for young Namibian professionals to contribute to the development of the country’s emerging energy sector. World Cleanup Day, September 20: our actions for a cleaner future. As part of Saipem's Local Community Initiatives (LCI) Plan and Sustainability Strategy, our colleagues have already taken the first of many actions planned across our operations, joining local initiatives in Australia and Indonesia to protect the environment and engage with local communities. These activities go beyond cleaning natural areas. They help promote environmental awareness, encouraging employees and communities to adopt more sustainable behaviours and strengthen their commitment to protecting local ecosystems. 🟦 In Australia, our colleagues took part in a cleanup including areas that are important gathering places for Traditional Custodians and the wider community, helping preserve the local environment and heritage for future generations. 🟦 In Indonesia, employees joined a 3 KM Fun Walk and Beach Cleanup, bringing together wellbeing, community spirit and environmental action. Together, these initiatives demonstrate how small actions can contribute to a broader culture of environmental responsibility and shared stewardship. We have been awarded by Ren-Gas a contract for the Engineering, Procurement and Fabrication (EPF) of its Bluenzyme™ 200 solution, for the carbon capture unit for the Tampere Power-to-Gas project in Finland. Under the contract, we will deliver the first full scale carbon capture unit based on its proprietary CO2 Solutions technology by Saipem and industrialized Bluenzyme™ 200 solution. We have completed the sale of our entire shareholding in Saudi Arabian Saipem Limited to #ADES Saudi Limited Company, an indirect subsidiary of ADES Holding Company, an international operator active worldwide in offshore and onshore drilling services. With the completion of the transaction, we further advance the implementation of our strategy aimed at focusing our portfolio on deepwater and harsh-environment offshore drilling segments, characterized by higher-complexity and added value. Upon completion of the transaction, Saipem and ADES also entered into a bareboat charter agreement that will allow us to continue utilizing the #PerroNegro10 jack-up rig in our ongoing operations in Mexico, ensuring full operational continuity and compliance with our contractual commitments towards our clients.
