Donato Napoletano liked thisDonato Napoletano liked this⚙️ Offshore, Saipem: droni autonomi fino a 3.000 metri e 12 mesi di operatività 🌊 Fino a 3.000 metri di profondità e 12 mesi di operatività autonoma sul fondale marino: sono le prestazioni dei droni subacquei FlatFish e Hydrone-R che Saipem presenta a ONS 2026, in Norvegia. Basati anche sull’IA, puntano a ridurre il ricorso alle navi di supporto e le relative emissioni di CO₂ nelle attività offshore. ♻️ FlatFish e Hydrone-R fanno parte del programma Hydrone, ecosistema di robotica sottomarina di Saipem che comprende droni progettati per svolgere missioni complesse in autonomia. I sistemi possono alternare attività operative e cicli di ricarica presso apposite docking station sottomarine, consentendo una presenza prolungata sul fondale senza supporto continuativo di unità navali. 🔗 Per saperne di più apri il link nel primo commento. It becomes overwhelming when there's too much competing for attention. ⚠️ Too many tasks. Too many decisions. Too many priorities. Too much information at once. That's when projects slow down, mistakes increase, and teams lose focus. The solution isn't adding more hours. It's reducing the cognitive load. I came across this great post by Andre Heeg, MD that explains this really well. 👏 Good project management isn't just about managing time and resources. It's also about managing attention. When you reduce the mental load, teams can focus better, make better decisions, and keep projects moving. Do you agree?
