Having waited 11 days for my silver top costing £29.99 the item arrived. Nothing like the advertised garment, cheap and shoddily made, probably only worth £5 if that! Not worth returning as postage to China too expensive. Will certainly not buy from this site again.

Do not buy from Veyra London. They pretend to be a European/UK brand using the name "London," but it is a dropshipping scam. The items I received are incredibly poor quality and look nothing like the website. When I asked for a return, they told me I have to pay to ship the package all the way back to China. The shipping cost is more expensive than the actual refund! This is completely illegal under consumer transparency laws.

Very poor products, nothing like what was advertised.
Poor customer service. I paid £30 postage to return items to China! It was not made clear on the website that items were from China, very misleading. I would not have ordered.
I have waited over 2 months for my refund, but no joy.
£87 down and no refund in sight. Do not use this website.

The Customer Service responses on Trustpilot are just paying lip service to the complaints made here, no real action or refunds happening.

Deeply disappointed, wrong goods supplied, had to send back internationally to get a refund, which was expensive. They won’t accept royal mail slip so we lost the money and the item of clothing! Unbelievably poor avoid at all cost!

I like the design because it looks stylish without being too much. I wear them for different occasions and they feel light and comfortable, although the overall quality feels quite standard.

I ordered a tracksuit from them , I received the worse product you can imagine, worse quality I ever seen in market … size L for man won’t fit even 12 yrs old .

I’ve been asked to resent the product to chine so I can get a refund . The cost of resent is same cost of buying the product.

ordered 2 pairs of shoes, one correct pair sent- the other was incorrect. The first was bad quality but I let it go. Second pair I told them not to send it unless I could change my mind after receiving the product given the fact that the first were low quality. They sent it anyway then told me that I couldn’t send the second pair back. They mess you around and the shoes are rubbish for the price. The worst customer services.

Avoid this company and all costs!!!!! Ordered a couple of pairs of sandals and the quality is awful, certainly not worth the money I paid for them. I have purchased better quality sandals from a well know site for a lot less. Would return them but you have to post to China which would cost a fortune. Why have London after the name when they are obviously based elsewhere. No tracking information was supplied either. Disgraceful, there should be more done to stop companies like this misleading people. Total scam!!!!

The material is soft, and the fit is comfortable without feeling too loose. They're a great choice for everyday wear and easy to style.

Lovely photos of clothes but on arrival, they are horrendous quality and 2 pairs of trousers are different sizes although both say small!!!
When I asked for a refund, they offered to give me a voucher for the amount to spend on more of their rubbish clothes. When I insisted on a refund, they did not reply! So I’ve lost over £50.

This is further to my previous review in which I provided evidence that the dress advertised as 100 % breathable linen, arrived with a sewn in label stating it is 100 % polyester. As the company has not offered the refund required by law for misrepresentation, only that they will replace as long as I pay for shipping, which is too costly, I have today written to advise them that I will be taking Veyra London to the small claims court unless I receive a refund within 14 days.

Ordered some shoes for my mum . Arrived damaged , took 2 weeks to arrive. Reached out and got a reply saying I Could have more shoes sent or 10% off ( so £3 back) and keep the damaged shoes but it was too late as they were required sooner , asked for a refund but told I had to pay postage to send the shoes back at a cost of approx £20 . Consumer law states I am entitled to money back as goods are damaged .
It seem they want to avoid this at all cost or make the process too risky as they seem a poor company to do business with .

ITS LOW QUALITY RUBBISH ANYWAY IF I AM HONESY YOU CAN GAMBLE ON A RETURN BUT YOU WILL LIKELY NEVER GET A REFUND. REPORT TO YOUR BANK AS FRAUD AS THEIR PRACTISES SEEM AWKWARD AT BEST .
