Well, the shipment came from the Netherlands to my hands in a Germany province quick, I ordered Thursday night and got the package from a shop on Tuesday morning. So sligthly more than 2 work days. Top. I also was able to redirect my DPD package to a shop once it was tracked in Germany via the German DPD website. The very expensive headset was a fragile shipment but I found it was in a very solid original carton which was inside another carton which was in turn put into a large third carton with some paper padding inside. So ... couldn't have thought of a better protection. Thirdly, I received the advertised free DMAS headphones free as a bonus which normally cost over a €100. 10 out of then service then. When I wrote to the support to find out if the package was shipped because it said on the website rather ambiguously it was gonna be availeble again in more than 3 weeks, a real person answered saying I secured the very last headset and it would be shipped the same day. A very helpful answer and no a chat bot, a real guy. The answer to my question came quick. Unbound XR is a very solid company. The headset works flawlessly.

Het product was niet op voorraad. Dat lag niet unbound, maar aan de fabrikant. We hebben dat samen unbound en ik als koper opgelost om voor iets anders te kiezen. Subliem geholpen door Daniel. Ben daar zeer tevreden.

I ordered 3 vive 3.0 trackers, and they came really quick and in very good condition! Still waiting for money to buy 2 basic stations so ill definetely buy it from unbound again:) The workers were really helpful also, I recommend!

Verder waarom mensen wijzen naar een telefoonnummer wanneer je niet eens een echt persoon kan spreken en alsnog moet wachten op email verkeer. Gelukkig is er wel snel gereageerd op de e-mail.

Snelle levering en je word goed op de hoogte gehouden! Fijne ervaring mee, zou er zo weer bestellen

J'ai commandé un produit qui est arrivé endommagé .Le produit est arrivé rapidement .Le service après-vente est très insuffisant ,lent et inefficace .je vais me débrouillé par moi même .

J'ai commandé des lunettes de réalité augmentée qui comportaient malheureusement un léger défaut visuel, que j'ai signalé à Unbound. Le SAV a traité rapidement ma demande et m'a proposé de retourner l'article, ce que j'ai fait. Un nouvel exemplaire m'a aussitôt été envoyé . Une telle diligence mérite d'être soulignée et saluée.

I recently ordered some products from Unbound, they were great. Daniel really looked after me throughout the process. He went above and beyond to make sure that my son's birthday presents would arrive on time and I really appreciate that. I ordered the bHaptics bundle from Unbound and the price was great, and the service was immaculate too. I was kept informed by Daniel daily as he knew I was a bit concerned about my gifts arriving on time. Everything went smoothly and everything arrived in prestine condition and a day earlier then my deadline. Zwei mal dort versucht etwas zu bestellen. Bezahlen der bestellten Ware wird sofort verlangt. Lieferung nach 3 Monaten immer noch nicht erfolgt. Auch auf Nachfrage bekommt man keinen Liefertermin bzw. die bestellte Ware nicht. Achtung !!! Nach stonierten Auftrag erhält man sein Geld nicht vollständig zurück. Hier werden einfach Beträge abgezogen und man Erhält keine weiteren Informationen zum Vorgang.

Prima bedrijf, ondanks een death on arrival, nette afhandeling en zeer goede communicatie en snel een retour product. Ik kan lekker VRen!

Ik ben erg te spreken over de service van UnboundXR. Ik had een device wat net buiten de garantie kapot ging en zonder veel gedoe werd ik geholpen dmv duidelijke communicatie via de e-mail. Ik kreeg een nieuw exemplaar omdat het probleem niet zo snel had mogen optreden, ook niet buiten de garantie. Dus wat mij betreft helemaal top!

Het bestel proces was vlot. Er was contact nodig over het splitsen van een bestelling, dat was snel beantwoord. Helaas moeten retourneren en ook dat ging soepel.

Le site paraît un peu austère et sobre au premier abord et pourtant c'est de loin le meilleur site sur la VR. Les expéditions sont hallucinantes. J'ai commandé de France un jeudi soir à 23h et j'ai reçu le samedi à midi. Pour une raison qui m'est propre j'ai dû renvoyer le colis à regret et ils ont été impériaux du début à la fin. En tout cas je recommanderai chez eux sans hésiter. Site hyper sérieux.

Alles zeer netjes en goed ingepakt.
