The video showed multiple people getting a large amount of dead skin off their bodies, so when i tried I wasn't impressed, didnt do anything like that. it wasn't made very well.
However, when I emailed the company, they were quick to respond, very professional and understanding satisfaction and processed the refund very quickly!

I really wanted this exercise product…
I really wanted this exercise product to work for me but when I tried it right away I thought this is going to aggravate my right shoulder(I have arthritis and a small tear) so I decided to return. When I reached out to the company, on how to return product, they refunded me 100% with no issues.
