When I was placing my order the system had a hiccup and place it twice. The next day I realized and contact customer service. However both items have gone out to be deliver, so I couldn't cancel one of them. Durian at customer service told me to keep both items and he went ahead a refund one of them. He was very pleasant and fast in processing my refund. Great customer service

I inadvertently made a mistake on my…
I inadvertently made a mistake on my order and responded to the company's special offer. I did not want to accept the special offer and THOUGHT I had bypassed it. Nope, the order went thru. In a panic, I immediately contacted the company and explained. I was not optimistic and already planning the next step. To my great surprise, the company responded quickly and refunded my "extra order". I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the terrific customer service this company provides. I plan to check in with this company periodically to see if there are other things that I may want to purchase. Cartoya--thumbs up!

I recently purchased a beige wide brim sun hat and a black wide brim sun hat. Both were well made but the crown of the black hat was not as deep as the beige one such that it did not sit as deeply on my head as I would have liked. I noticed the black hat had larger rivets on the back than the beige one and I surmised they came from different inventory batches. I emailed the company to see about exchanging the black one for another. Their response email was extremely prompt and apologetic. Without any suggestion on my part, they immediately advised I would receive a refund. Within days, I did receive a refund for both hats. I am often hesitant about shopping online due to the rise in scams; however, this company stands behind its products.
