The product is well made. Could use a bit more room for cash but otherwise exactly as represented. The order process was super easy and the shipping was surprisingly fast from china. Under a week to Chicago.

I didn’t like the product. It’s made of inferior material and very light weight material than what’s shown in the advertisement.
Secondly, it’s small for my head circumference.
Thirdly, it has that black hook in the back and that gets caught in my hair. I have notified you and shipped the package back to you.

I thought I ordered a Wallet that carries money on the side, but it doesn’t. I was very disappointed.

I was not happy with the product. Actually it was completely useless in addition to missing the full order. For that reason it would be just one star.
However when I sent my concerns to customer service and requested full credit, I Did Receive Full Credit Immediately. For that reason I bumped up rating to 4 stars.

I really enjoy the light weight and adjustable head band.
Would have liked to have been able to pick my color of choice on the 4 pack special.

Company handled my concerns quickly and amicably. It was a positive experience.

Quick refund seem to sincerely do what is right for the customer.

Aside from it taking a very long time to get here.

I got what I paid for shipping was slow

The video advertising this hat shows a stiff brim.. not the whimpy thing you sell! Wouldn't have been so bad if the bill of the cap was folded down the center but it wasn't! Terrible packaging!! Put some real cardboard in the bill and ship it so it won't get destroyed!! We would pay more for a better product! I am ashamed that I bought and shipped one to my son!

My order was accidently sent to the wrong address. I immediately sent an email to customer service about the problem. Customer service responded right away and within 7 days, I was refunded my money.

Well a crazy thing happened just yesterday I received a package in the mail from an unfamiliar address and inside was the order that I had purchased from your company. I immediately sent an email to you saying that I would send back the money but a reply told me to keep it. I am using your product and thank you so much for your excellent customer service.

I look forward to doing more business you in the future but hope it is sent to the correct address. Again, thank you for you excellent customer service.

Quality product. But you doubled up on my order. I'll just send the extra fittings to someone else.

Update: Customer Service Responded and gave me full credit on my purchase of the pop up RFDI wallet.

I was unhappy with the product and I was taken care of by their support team to my satisfaction. Nicely done!

My my mistake, I ordered wrong number of merchandise. As I requested by email. they just promptly response to correct my mistake with the refund. Excellent service!!!

Unfortunately I have been trying to purchase the same product from both Buytto and Peaceloft, having my payment account immediately processed and doled, receiving shipping confirmation from both companies with invalid, untraceable tracking numbers; only to follow up with both companies and the problems and being told that there were some shipping delays if some sort.

Peaceloft even went as far to send me a Delivery Confirmation when there had been no attempt or delivery made while I was on the premises of said delivery time and not proof of delivery on my ring doorbell.

After, 3, written messages to Peaceloft and received no response from all 3 messages, I resorted to Trustpilot to publish my dissatisfaction. It was only after having my review published did Peaceloft respond, via Trustpilot published website did the “business” reply and said they were working on remedying the issue and would get back to me soon….its been 5 days since I received that “false promise” from Peaceloft.

Now, I find myself experiencing the same failed “dance of inferior business practices” with buytto.
