Ho ordinato purtroppo la taglia sbagliata ed oltre a propormi un rimborso del 30% tenendomi i prodotti o un 30% di sconto sul prossimo ordine. Non è possibile fare il reso, se non con spese a mio carico, mi sembra assurdo che non ci sia una convenzione che usano per i rimborsi dall'europa? È possibile che che non abbiamo un magazzino in europa ed io debba spedire un pacco in cina al costo di 60€ di spedizione?

Il servizio clienti è pessimo
Il servizio clienti è pessimo, ho inviato 4 mail in 4 giorni, due in italiano e due in inglese senza mai ricevere risposta in quanto necessito cambiare le taglie ordinate e l’indirizzo di spedizione. Loro chiedono chiaramente di fornire in modo rapido queste informazioni ma non danno modo di conoscere la risposta. Fin’ora pessimi, spero di ricredermi.

We confirm receipt of your emails and successfully updated the requested information on your order. Please note that our support system processes emails from oldest to newest, so sending multiple follow-up emails in a short period can sometimes move the conversation back to the newest position in the queue and unintentionally slow down the response time.

Ottima qualità, fit coerente con lo stile — piccola nota sulla consegna e sul tracciamento
Prodotto ricevuto correttamente.
Ho acquistato taglia S, che è quella che vesto abitualmente, il fit è corretto ma, essendo concepite per uno stile street/over, è leggermente lunga (me lo aspettavo, lo scrivono chiaramente sul sito).
Il cotone è piacevole al tatto e sulla pelle, la qualità generale percepita è molto alta. Le stampe, al mio occhio inesperto, hanno una qualità eccellente.
Riguardo i tempi di consegna, rispetto ai circa 13 giorni stimati, tra preparazione e spedizione, ce ne sono voluti circa 15 (ordine fatto il 12 aprile, ricevuto il 27 aprile).piccola nota negativa sul tracciamento, purtroppo finchè non viene affidato al corriere nazionale non si hanno informazioni sulla posizione chiare.

Ho ordinato dall Italia, 2 t-shirt XL e 1 S per 81,90€ 1 è in regalo.
Purtroppo sono troppo grandi ho chiesto un cambio in taglia L o un reso. Il supporto mi risponde che posso tenere le t-shirt e otterrò un rimborso parziale del 30%
Oppure
Tenere le t-shirt e fare un nuovo ordine di con uno sconto del 30%.
Leggo ora la vostra risposta qui sopra, sul vostro sito nella politiche di reso non c'è scritto da nessuna parte fate solo rimborsi parziali o sconti sul successivo acquisto invece di cambiare la merce come avete scritto voi sul vostro sito.
