I have now purchased 3 pieces of Nobl luggage. I love them all. They are well made, functional and pretty! I highly recommend all of Nobl’s products.

At this point I am really tired of this. I was sent the wrong luggage (the classic carry-on 19”) when what I ordered was the carry-on all-in-one expandable. I contacted customer service and after chasing finally got an exchange label to return this so the right luggage could be sent to me. Finally this was returned and I received the replacement. Imagine my shock when I opened it to find I had been sent the classic carry-on 19” AGAIN! I absolutely cannot believe this! In all my years I have never experienced this and am just really tired. Buying a piece of luggage should not be so stressful. I just want what I paid for and am now worried this will never happen. I had planned to buy other pieces from this company but I just can’t imagine going through this again. I have tried to contact them with no response and there is no number to reach them on. Please be very careful dealing with this company, nothing is worth this amount of stress. Thank you.

Ridiculous customer service. Was charged even after order was cancelled. AI chat bot was useless, does not respond or does not know how to respond. Customer service can’t be reached.

They have taken £119 from my account for a subscription that I did not sign up for and I am now being ignored!!! I WANT MY MONEY RETURNED!!

Very expensive suit case with terrible quality for the price. I received it as a gift, took it on my first flight for a trip. On the return flight it came off of the baggage claim missing a wheel. When I looked closer, the wheels are held in by a set of screws that fell out. Two of the other wheels are missing multiple screws and are loose. It's only a matter of time until they would come off too.

I've been trying to reach customer service, emailed, no response. Trying to use their AI chat and when I send a message the AI simply doesn't respond. I was connected to an agent once, I had stepped away and when I came back, they were gone. It is sooooo hard to get this resolved and to even just get a response from their team to resolve this issue it is maddening.

Long story short – way over priced for the quality, easily breaks and horrendous customer service experience. Would not recommend. Buy a regular, non-hyped/trendy, suit case for 1/3 of the cost that can handle regular travel.

I received my new NOBL luggage with great excitement. As I travel frequently this product looks handsome and has good design. However, on a recent trip, the wheel lock was broken off by airline luggage handling. When I reached out to NOBL's I was informed that the guarantee does not cover this sadly. So beware, this company does not back their product, but feels like it's only about the buck. Darn! I have three friends who already bought because of my excitement about this luggage. However I'm learning the product is subpar. Be wary folks because I learned that this company is not what they advertise. Beware!

I loved my matching set. It rolled effortlessly through the airport terminals. It was sturdy and cute.

The luggage is very well made. The wheels roll perfectly and the latches feel very solid. I received a few compliments from the workers when I walked on the plane. We liked the carry-ons so much we bought the check-in bag and weekender. Great quality and looking forward to having this set for a long time.

I now have four pieces from NOBL, and I love every one of them! The quality is absolutely superb, and I have taken several trips with no issues at all.

The medium-size case is perfect for a week-long trip. I especially like the built-in features that allow you to charge your phone, hold a drink, and pocket wet or damp items without needing anything extra. I also have the tote bag, which I use for my laptop. It easily holds my charger, a notebook, pens, and other essentials. The size is just right, and the interior pockets help keep smaller items from getting lost at the bottom.

My most recent purchases were two of the makeup/Dopp kits. After receiving mine in the beautiful dark green to match the rest of my luggage, I bought one in black for my husband. The design is simple but very functional. The bottom section is perfect for items that might leak or spill, helping keep them separate from everything else. The top section is completely open, so you can arrange items however you like.

I highly recommend NOBL and their products. The quality, design, and functionality have all exceeded my expectations. You really can’t go wrong!

Cheap quality for an expensive suitcase. Received suitcase and before first trip the inside plastic covered pocket tore from inserting cardboard business cards. It was not overly packed and I was advised as it is outside of 5 day window from delivery I could not return/replace.

First of all, customer service is 10/10. Emails are answered quickly in a very clear and personable manner, which makes really appreciate. I have the carry-on and the large check-in suitcase. It’s hard to travel with only the carry-on because the inside space is very limited due to the convenient front laptop and battery pocket. The metal frame also limits the inside bottom for packing, as well. I do love the look of the luggage, the smooth roll of the wheels, and I’m done with zippers.

I purchased my first Nobl carry-on bag about 18 months ago. The phone holder, charging port and cup holder is a perfect perk especially while waiting to board your flight. My second bag, the mini carry-on, was purchased earlier this year. I love the lavender color. My third bag, the 28”, was my most recent purchase. The non-zipper closure on all the bags is great as well as the TSA locks on all the bags. They will be easier to identify on the baggage carousel too. Great job Nobl!

Customer Service is great. The products highly sought after and quality is great. This order came pretty quick for the Weekender.

Love my yellow luggage. Customer service was excellent in getting the problem with the colors resolved. Will definitely recommend Nobl.

Website easy to navigate and pictures are clear. Purchased the larger, roomier one so we could both use checking one suitcase. Company is reliable with great communication, nice pricing and very well made, user friendly products. Wheels operate fantastically. We prefer Zipperless luggage, they are tough and sturdy. This is our favorite piece of luggage and we’re so far the only people with this color when the luggage pops out.

I recently used my new luggage on a trip to Houston and received numerous compliments regarding the sleek design and the hot pink color. I’m leaving for a cruise in three weeks and I’m already starting to pack. Thank you Nobl for a wonderful traveling companion.

Bought this for my wife because she travels a lot with work. She absolutely loves it. Best luggage she’s ever owned. Very durable!

I travel every other week for work in the summer. I use my large luggage, carry on and weekender bag often. Over the last 6 months, its withstood the constant travel and loading. I love the light blue color and the ease of pushing, with the lock of the wheels if needed.
My only note is to those with laptops or books, the carry on front pocket is shallow. I put my laptop in the pocket, but it then limits a little of the interior storage. I also place my charger in the larger interior. For me thats not a problem, but fir some it might be.

Everything about this luggage is wonderful. It made my airport experience a breeze. The rollers are so smooth. My best purchase this year by far.
