First of all, customer service is 10/10. Emails are answered quickly in a very clear and personable manner, which makes really appreciate. I have the carry-on and the large check-in suitcase. It’s hard to travel with only the carry-on because the inside space is very limited due to the convenient front laptop and battery pocket. The metal frame also limits the inside bottom for packing, as well. I do love the look of the luggage, the smooth roll of the wheels, and I’m done with zippers.
