I stumbled upon Indigo Lune while looking for a personalised piece of jewellery, and their rings caught my eye immediately. When my Toi Et Moi Birthstone Ring arrived, I was genuinely impressed, so much so that I ordered the Eterna Birthstone Ring to wear with it as a set.

I later reached out about a last-minute change, and Thuy was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. She liaised with the production team and they managed to make it happen. With personalised jewellery, having it made exactly as you want really makes all the difference. Such a lovely experience!

I had some concern because I thought my order was forgotten and I wrote an email and a very nice girl named Humera answered me and helped me out. The answer came very quick I was very happy.

Great experience with this brand, especially Chloe who has been a great help!! My ring had unfortunately lost a gemstone and the lovely Chloe helped organise a replacement as it is still within their warranty! Thanks team x

I ordered two rings that were very beautiful. They didn’t come in. I reached out and it was resolved almost immediately and sent me a new one. Thuy was quick to respond and resolve the issue. My cousin had ordered some and they look even better in person. Will def recommend

I bought 2 rings from Indigo Lune 9 month ago and they are absolutely wonderful. Sadly, one of the rings suddenly broke, the stone came out of the setting. I contacted customer service and addressed the issue. A very lovely customer support representative Humera assisted me via email the very next day. As the ring is still within the two-year warranty period, they offered me a replacement or a refund. I chose a replacement and they even let me make a slight change and choose a different stone on the new ring. I am beyond satisfied with the service, very professional and fast. Thank you so much! I will definitely order more items in the future!

The ring designs with birthstones are lovely. the custom combination of stones is a great feature.
My order was sent quickly. I had a small issue with one of the rings I received, Customer service resolved it immediately.

I had ordered a ring and locket which were both lovely but the lock on the locket wasn’t secure so i emailed customer service and they helped me wonderfully. I got a new necklace and was helped very quickly by Thuy!

I ordered the Eloise ring which is so cute. I’ve loved wearing it and have been lots of compliments on it. One day I noticed that the ring was missing a gemstone. I reached out Indigo Lune for assistance. The rep named Humera responded and provided a solution for me in such a quick response. They offered to replace the item or provide a refund in a form of gift card. The product looks and feel great. They just need to secure the gemstones better.

I got the Sophie ring to replace a lost engagement ring and I am obsessed. I actually ordered 4 😂. Such a great price and only very slight tarnishing on the underside after about 9 months. Looks absolutely perfect from the front still.
Also got a couple of initial necklaces which I love. Chloe in customer service has been very helpful.

Absolutely love the matching rings I ordered for my husband and myself. One of the rings had a small fault, I emailed customer service to let them know and Chloe was the one to get in touch with me regarding it. Chloe was a delight to deal with and made the whole process of reordering a new one an absolute breeze.

I originally ordered, a ring and unfortunately, I got the wrong order. Luckily, I was able to speak with Abbie, and she got it handled for me. I was able to get my correct order and very happy with the final product. Thank You Abbie, you’re Amazing!!

customer service with Holly was fantastic!! She got back to me rather fast and was super considerate of my situation. (my ring got lost in transit) she explained as to why she had a feeling that’s what happened and offered to have my ring remade and re sent!! she was a peach to talk with! :))

I did the two for one sale I got four rings all together. They are absolutely beautiful the diamonds itself are bigger than what I thought but absolutely beautiful. I did have to reach out to customer service to fix an issue and it was handled within a matter of hours (due to time difference)with no problem Humera was absolutely an amazing help.
