Very happy with the quality of the frames that I received. As I ordered on what I thought was a uk site I was surprised to see on tracking that the frames originated in Scandinavia. I found customomer service extremely helpful as the delivery took longer than I expected however I would use the company again whist factoring in delivery times. It took 13 days

Chose to order from this company…
Chose to order from this company believing they were UK based. Received the order confirmation saying it had been shipped via Parcel Force on 6th July. Sadly the tracking info is for DSV (who get bad reviews too). The parcel appears to be stuck in Denmark. No idea when it will arrive. I have emailed BGAStore.UK but not expecting anything other than a standard reply.
I have now cancelled the order - be interesting to see how quickly they process the refund.

Very poor customer service
Needed to return an items but the returns system is terrible and they do not reply to emails. This means I have not been able to return the items. One of the things I ordered was not in the box and they haven’t replied to my email about this.

Slow delivery and very poor quality for the price
This is an update to my previous review -
My frame finally arrived and the quality is awful. The frame itself is extremely cheap plastic which is bowing away from the thinnest, poorest quality piece of perspex I've ever seen. I literally wiped it down lightly with a clean microfibre cloth and it has got completely scratched up to the point where it's ruining the view of the print I've put inside. The frame is worth much less than half the price of what I paid for it in my opinion. If I trusted that this company would actually give me a timely refund I would return it, but as I don't think they're capable of that I'm going to just keep the terrible frame and vow to never order from this sham of a company again.

Very good service and product
I could not find thin gold frames anywhere else but at this store - which happens to be based in Sweden. Easy to use products and good quality
The products I purchased were very easy to use and all in all have a very good quality. This is not the first time I have been using their services and I have been left back again very satisfied.

I had no idea where this was coming…
I had no idea where this was coming from. Assumed since it was BGA store UK, it was coming from UK. However two weeks on it has come from Sweden and has been in Denmark for a week. No sign of movement since.

The communication is faultless BUT I…
The communication is faultless BUT I still don’t have my order.
This is not the fault of BGA store….it’s the stupidity Royal Mail/ Parcel Force. My items have come all the way from Sweden without a single hitch, when I track the parcel it has cleared customs here 5days ago. It’s sitting in a depot somewhere????? Really NOT good enough. Maybe BGAStore should look for a better delivery partner here in the UK.

Fantastic frames perfect for rugby shirts. I used a foam board shape to fit inside the body of the shirt and wrapped the arms over the back before placing in the frame, securing with double sided sticky pad fixers. Only issue was having to buy a piece of plain backing paper as the sheet supplied was not plain. Otherwise very happy with these nice solid frames.

The oak frame is nice however I am very disappointed with the cheap looking plastic front. I think its overpriced, I ordered cheap frames from Amazon for 20 pound and I wouldn't say it's that much of the difference. I was definitely expecting better quality.

Terrible quality
Absolute waste of money. Purchased two types of frames, 30x30 and 60x80, two of each (4 frames total) as well as a few other things. Terrible quality of frames, which were all wood. literally fell apart during installation. The accessories were fine (hooks etc). Would definitely never purchase from here again.

Terrible stole my money and never bothered to resolve my issue
Terrible, never delivered, lots of emails saying they would it out when they clearly had no intention of doing so. No refund, no updates so basically they stole £100. This company is a con.
