Interesting that the reviews on Coldeez’s website are so different from on trustpilot even though they say they are verified! This is a basic fan that does not have any capacity to cool, it recirculates air only. Virtually all of the text on their website is misleading and I will report it to the ASA.

It took weeks from ordering to receipt and I paid a lot more for it than on Amazon for example.

Another buyer who didn't read the reviews before buying, nothing more than a cheap desk fan that has been completely advertised as something much better than it is, appalling, do not purchase. Contacted the customer service email address but I don't hold much hope for a reply!

This was supposed to be an AC unit with easy water refill - I paid £100 for 2 units and they were just basic fans with poor battery life. I could have bought 2 fans at Argos for a fraction of the price. I'm now waiting to see if the 30 day free returns policy is valid :(

Die Lieferung ist der reinste Betrug!! Habe 2 Geräte bestellt. Keines der beiden Geräte hat einen Wassertank. Die Geräte haben maximal die Stärke eines Tischventilators (Wert10 €) und mehr nicht. Absoluter Fake!!! Und das beste zum Schluss, es ist nicht mal ein Retourenschein dabei. Wie schicke ich Schrott für 160 € zurück?

Total garbage. I bought two, one for me and one for my daughter. The one I picked was charged by me a nd did not work. I emailed, first reply - send a photo ?????. Second reply - send a video ????. Now - you can send it back of you want but will cost 50 to 80 dollars for postage. The bl...y thing cost me £52. My daughter has charged hers but does not use it as her floor fan cools better than 'probably a van load of these'. Utter rubbish and £104 out of pocket.

It's only a tower fans a small one and it does not cool at all waste of money and when you ask to return it they want to charge you £70_£80 pounds absolutely crap don't buy .

£60 for something that just blows air around.
Coldeez cooling ace is utter garbage they say on their website this cools any room in seconds absolute lie!
It says it has a freeze function which again is utter nonsense. No instructions regarding charging or length of time they stay on. Just says 3 speeds. Also randomly turns off.
Coldeez need to be shut down now and stop misleading people into thinking there getting an ice cold cooler absolute rubbish 😡

Absolute rubbish! Was supposed to come with water cooling trays. Nope. It's just a fan and not a very good one. Also you pay for shipping and insurance took price up to £70. Returnable? Yes you pay for it to go back to China. Learn from my mistake folks!

Very disappointed with this product. ITS JUST A FAN. Was very misleading about the product , said it had a ice cold blast it doesn't. If you were thinking of buying one DON'T. Total waste of money. Could have gone out and bought a tower fan cheaper. Coldeez you should be ashamed.

This company is a total scam it’s a cheap plastic fan that just blows minimum air, no where at all is there a water tank as advertised. The fan isn’t worth £10 please do not get coned like I have, trading standards should get involved with this company.

Absoluter Schrott, kühlt kein bisschen den Raum herunter, nicht einmal ein kleines Badezimmer... Für die Rücksendung soll man zwischen 50-80 Dollar zahlen.... Akku hat gerade einmal 2 1/2 Stunden gehalten. Die reinste Geldverschwendung. Für mich schon Betrug. Bloß die Finger davon lassen!

Just an update from my review regarding the absolute scam of this company. They offered me a $15 refund then I could keep the goods, it then progressed to $20 then $30 then $40 refund and keep the goods. These are most likely Hong Kong dollars and the refunds offered are an insult. Return the goods at my expense for full refund. Anyway I have now raised a dispute with my credit card company to charge back for the amount paid. This company have changed their original advert that I purchased from which made it look like a uk company. It’s a scam and there was no way I was going to give up trying to get my money back. Anyone reading this and has these fans, get in touch with your card provider and try and get a refund
