I had issues signing back into the app after making an order previously this year with no issues. New order defaulted to 2018 address so once realised I git in touch to change address before it was delivered.
1st agent was rude and sarcastic though just doing their job I concede, told me if I couldn’t change with courier then myprotein took no responsibility.
Felt at least I had 24 hrs before royal mail were due to deliver so could try again. My order was then mysteriously upgraded to next day delivery, without my request, knowledge or consent.
This made everything harder, the next 3 agents I chatted with were great (infuriating to have to repeat yourself whenever you contact the chat service though…)
but nothing was resolved, still unable to change with royal mail and was then delivered to my 2018 address. Hope the recipients will be honest enough to keep it for me until I can get there.
