No warehouse in the UK? Shipped from China, taking too long.
Apparently they don't have a warehouse in the UK, or not a big enough one, so it will take ages to get your order.
Placed an order on the 21st August, today is the 6th September and I still don't have an update, on the website it says part of my order is still being processed, and part of it has been shipped but it looks like somehow it's still lost somewhere. I ordered from Puffit for the good reviews but if I knew they had no warehouse in the UK and the items were shipped from China, I wouldn't have bothered. No mention of it on the website, it should have been clear that shipping time would have been 3-4 weeks.
I at least hope the items will be okay.

Easy to navigate and find what I was looking for on the website, bought the polka dot raincoat for my daughter as she had seen my wife's and loved it, bought in the opposite colour, great price and delivered within timescale even got a new customer discount, thanks.

Oooh my goodness I honestly can't believe how much I love my new short over sized rain jacket, thank you, it honestly is everything they advertise. I've never done a review before, so sorry if I go on. It's perfect, to be really honest when I did the parcel tracking, I thought oh here we go another thing that looks better than it actually is, have to say I was totally wrong. I'm a sun worshipper but want it to rain tomorrow so I can wear it

Exactly as pictured
The jacket is exactly as described and pictured, I love it! The shipping was quick and I’m already thinking about ordering again. Very satisfied with the product- the jacket said one size but fits like a medium size.

Delivery was fine, had no problems.

Great products. I bought the half zip which folds into its own pocket which I love. I also bought the full zip with oversized hood. It’s a great jacket but I do wish it wasn’t one size only as it’s slightly large.

Lightweight, makes rain less painful!
Delivered on time as guaranteed. Quality, fit and style were as advertised, above expectations. A practical raincoat, lightweight, comfortable, not feeling like wearing a tent. Not tested in monsoon type, kids matches/training in prolonged rain. Appreciate the hood that doesn’t blow down, makes rain enjoyable again?

Great price and product!
Love the coat. Plenty of room (I’m a size 8/10) but doesn’t look too large.
Had some bad rain whilst wearing it and thought it would take a while to dry after but it didn’t at all.
Really impressed! Have been recommending it to everyone since.

I have bought 3 Puffit products so far and all amazing quality. Both me and my daughter have the puffer coats and they are really warm but also waterproof. I have a jacket which is also waterproof and had so many compliments on also.

Realy poor quality
Realy poor quality, The shipping takes very long and the item came in realy wrinkley. Also it supposed to be oversized but for me (1.77) it looks like a realy strange model. To expensive for what you receive. Typical hyped insta product. And really expensive to return.

Nicht wasserdicht
Die Jacke hat mir optisch gut gefallen. Auch wenn mir eine größe größer geschickt wurde, habe ich es behalten (dachte mir, okay "oversize").
Heute habe ich die Jacke erstes Mal mit Regen (mittlerer Stärke) 10 Minuten getragen und bin komplett nass geworden unter der Jacke. Zudem lässt die Jacke kaum Luft durch. Mit Regen und Nässe friert man. Also total nutzlos. Habe heute reklamiert, bin gespannt.
