The dress was delivered before it was due to be delivered. It was really a beautiful dress, very well finished, unfortunately I am in between sizes and the dress did not suit me.
I must add that the quality and style of Roman clothes is really good, and not expensive. Well done Roman

I also should have read your reviews, because I was caught as well by what they say is a lack of transparency, as the dress ordered has very little to do with the dress delivered. When I tried to return they told me that they had not been as transparent as they should have been, and that i would have to pay between $40 and $50, (I paid 29.99 PURCHASE - DOMESTIC Warszawa WHOP*WILSONANDCARTER) otherwise I could keep the dress and order something else at with various discounts, and they kept on with other deals as i refused to accept any of their offers. They advertise as a Company operating from the UK, advertising an easy return policy. Companies operating online in the UK have to legally accept returns and refund clients within a stipulated period of time. Only when I requested info to return the item, they decided to be transparent and let me know they do not operate ??? from the UK and therefore if i wanted to return, I had to pay a lot more than the cost of the purchase ... Since then I have learned that this company has been operating fraudulently for quite a while here in the UK. Surely they should have been stopped by now. Is there any way I can help? I want my refund.

Even though there was problems due to the supplier not forwarding the complete address, InPost Uk took ownership and contacted me immediately and delivered promptly this afternoon
