On visiting the Southampton warehouse, I was greeted by Anton, who was both knowledgeable & friendly. the encounter resulted in me purchasing a set of irons and a three wood at a great price. Following my visit to the warehouse, I subsequently purchased, on line, a sand iron, at a good price and like my previous purchases the quality of the iron was very good.

Molly-May explained very clearly, what options were open to me and my wife, with regards to the holiday cruise we were interested in booking. She emailed me the details, we had discussed and said a follow up phone call would be made, to me, the following day. However, to my disappointment no phone calls was made but I did chose to make the holiday booking anyway, on that same day. A further phone call was made, by me, to clarify certain details about the holiday I had booked but I spoke to a different cruise rep' and was told Molly-May would be informed of my call.

Booking a holiday with Hoseasons, is a quick & easy process. My wife & I have used them now on three or four occasions & have both enjoyed the experience immensely. The service provided both by them & the venue staff has been exemplary. We are now looking forward to our next adventure in November.

Darwin Car insurance was chosen from quotations posted on a comparison website. The process was straightforward & the quote chosen was very competitive.

Unfortunately, when it came to pay for my purchase (two watch batteries), the credit card reader used for making my card payment was faulty and didn't work. This resulted in the necessity for me to visit my local ATM to make a cash withdrawal. Although the shop staff were very apologetic, displayed understanding and were patient, I did feel embarrassed by the whole experience. Hence my score of only four.

Having previously stayed at this venue, I was happy to revisit, knowing that I was sure to enjoy, being away from home at such a good vale for money break.

I was recently transferred, from my Power Service Provider (Bulb), to Octopus. It was a seamless operation and I was kept well informed, of the process and given clear guidance as to the way ahead. All the instructions I was given, were clear and precise and easy performed were required.

The insurance premium I received, was very competitive and fully satisfied my requirements. The online application form was easy to follow and to complete. I will feel confident to use Staysure again, in the future, if required.

Although the Oxford site had no hard-standings, which was personally a bit disappointing, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The toilet block was kept very clean, a credit to the cleaning staff. Having a bus stop, directly at the entrance to the site, as well as a park-&-ride on the other side of the road, made traveling so convenient.

Great range of products to choose from, at very competitive prices, regular update messages, accurate delivery predictions, suitable product packaging, what more can I say. My most recent purchase however, (Virtual Headset) was a total disappointment. It didn't fully satisfy the 3D experience promised. Although it look esthetically pleasing, from the outside, when in use, the ghosting of numerous images, superimposing on each other, made the whole experience a washout. I felt a full refund was appropriate to request.

Delivery was prompt & the courier was smart & polite.

Great communications with this company, I exchanged an item for a larger size, for which I was very great full, although it did cost me the return postage. The items were both well made, good value for money & were well packaged. Overall I'm a very happy customer.

Celebrated my brothers 65th birthday in a private area in the Restaurant, the meal and service was second to none.
The following day, my wife and I used both the pool and sauna areas and found the associated facilities both clean and tidy.
The staff encountered, during our three day stay, were both friendly and helpful.
It was the first time my wife and I had stayed in a Lodge, an experience that we both would like to repeat. The accommodation was clean, spacious and well kitted out, with both furniture and cooking/eating facilities.
We are both happy to recommend anyone to stay at Hawkchurch Spa.
