I have tried everything and I mean…
I have tried everything and I mean everything to rid my T zone of blackheads and congested pores. I use one strip once a week and it is everything! And, I am a very fair woman living in one of the driest climates on earth, and it does not dry out my skin! Could not recommend more!

Vue Nose Patches have helped!
Shipped and received promptly. Recyclable packaging, which was great. I am 60+ and have found the nose patches helpful in clearing sebaceous filaments and improving overall skin texture and appearance. It does seem to be true that consistent usage makes a difference.

Great products, the patches work as seen on the pictures/videos, but I pay attention to a good cleanse and use of the Vue salicylic acid toner before I put on the hidrokolloid patches. A slight push on pimples also help so the fluid leaves easier.

Long delivery
The products were fine and nicely packaged.
However, I placed my order on May 24th. The payment was already taken on May 27th, but my package did not arrive until today, June 10th.
What makes the experience even more disappointing is that I contacted the company through their contact form a week ago to ask when my package would arrive. I never received a reply, and I started to worry that I had purchased products from a fake website.
Because of this, I will probably not be ordering from them again. Such a shame. I did not really mind the long wait, but I do mind not getting an answer to my questions :-(

They sent me a screenshot of their reply. I didn’t receive it though, but I can’t blame technology on them..
I appreciate the reply, but the long delivery (and I can tell I’m not the only one) is still a bit of a bummer

Our standard delivery time is up to 7 business days, but in your case the shipment took approximately 9 business days. We have also been experiencing some issues with PostNord not always providing customers with the usual notifications when parcels are handed over to them, which is something we are actively working to resolve.
We were also sorry to read that you felt your message had gone unanswered. Looking into the case, we can see that our team did send a reply, so it is possible that it ended up in your spam folder or that there was an issue with the email address submitted through the contact form. We aim to respond to all customer inquiries within 24 hours, so we completely understand why this was frustrating from your perspective.
That said, this is not the experience we want any customer to have. We have reached out to you directly by email to see how we can improve your experience and make things right.

LONG Delivery Times...Weeks - Months
Ordered products from this company on 13th May 2026. The products finally arrived on 8th June 2026 despite their website claiming delivery takes 3-7 days.
I wish this was my first experience with delivery delays but the first time I ordered was on the 8th November 2025. The products arrived on the 1st of December 2025.
Completely unreliable company and delivery times on their website are false/misleading.

Our standard delivery time across Europe is typically 3 to 7 business days, which is what the vast majority of our customers experience. Looking into your orders, we can see that both shipments unfortunately encountered significant delays in transit, and we completely understand why this has left you frustrated.
We have not seen similar reports from other customers in Ireland recently, which is why we are actively looking into what may have caused these delays with the carriers. We also noticed the unusually long transit times when reviewing the tracking history, and we agree that this is far from the experience we want any customer to have.
While we do everything we can to process and dispatch orders quickly from our warehouse, there are unfortunately occasions where delays occur once a package is in the carrier's network. That said, we fully appreciate that this does not change the experience from your perspective, and we understand why this has impacted your trust in us.

Great product even in your 60s!
I’ve always had large pores in the T-zone but have been having break outs on my chin and forehead lately, even though I’m 60! The Vue patches really help keep the pores clean and have stopped the breakouts. Even if I get the odd bump/spot now I use a single patch on it and it clears up right away. I use the patches once a week and the salicylic acid exfoliant daily and before applying a patch.
