Misguided strategy
The company needs to know that if they feature an offer dependent on entering an email, and the customer can't get past it to look at the shoes, they leave the site and visit another wide shoe stockist, as I did.

Love These Boots…what a find!
I was weary as not ordered from Vivala before! I have to say the boots are amazing quality! I love the style and will be ordering in another colour! So comfortable yet stylish and well made! Much nicer in person than the images. Delivered really promptly.

Superb comfort
Having ordered by 3rd pair of these soooo comfortable shoes, I found I did not like the colour. Extremely helpful support to return and I’ve now received another pair which I am delighted with, yet again. Delivery is excellent, speedy with strong but recyclable packaging, this company’s products and professional administration are a joy.

Excellent Shoes and Company Response
I bought a pair of size 8 shoes which were too large. I exchanged them for 7.5 with no difficulty . When they fit perfectly, I bought another pair in a different color. The shoes are extremely comfortable and required no breaking-in.
