Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company, I had nothing but problems after ordering 2 portable fans.
I had to get PayPal involved to get some of my money back.
Shocking customer service from the Far East.... avoid at all costs.

There are 42 messages to and fro…

There are 42 messages to and fro between me and the Airzuma team. Starting from the 27th of June to the 27th of August. All the details are on these emails. What extra information are they seeking? This is another way of the company dragging their feet. Very disappointing and disgusting!

A very expensive bog standard fan that took over a month to arrive

I ordered this at the beginning of July and got no feedback about delivery. Only when I tried to cancel via PayPal someone got back to me saying the item was on its way. This was two weeks before it actually arrived. The fan is pretty standard, I have more sophisticates tower fans that did cost a fith of the price and can be programmed. This is big standard and cheaply made. It does work well as a fan but to pay over £100 for this product is a total ripoff. You’d pay £20 for something like this at Robert Dyas. Avoid

Ghosted!

The order was for 2 units, but I got charged for 4. When I emailed them about it, they said they'd sort it. Then they ghosted me. I emailed them many times, getting nothing. Then finally applied via my credit card to get refunded, which they did.
AirZuma looks like a fraud. Dont go there!

Great product

Great product! Lightweight, easy to use, and perfect for small rooms. My energy bills are lower than expected too. 💡❄️🏡
