PIECE OF CRAP! MAY AS WELL BUY THAT $5 GAS STATION USB BATTERY FAN. I'M STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND AFTER 4 MONTHS, AFTER I SENT THE REQUESTED INFORMATION TO PROCESS. THE BBB SHOULD SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN ASAP! I'D HATE FOR AN ELDERLY PERSON TO LOSE MONEY ON THIS SCAM IN DESPERATION FOR A COOLING PROJECT.

If you need a portable ac that fits close to you and you already have an air conditioner, then this might work for you, but air conditioning is a must. This little unit just don't cut it on its own. What I do like about the unit is that the sound it makes when oscillating reminds me of my late wife's snoring. So basically, for me, it's just an expensive sound machine. Past that, i don't recommend it for its advertised use.

The product arrived a month after ordering. Was supposed to take 2 weeks. I received one status email during that time. When it arrived it didn't work. Wouldn't fully charge and wouldn't run more than a few minutes when plugged in. When contacted for resolution, was told I could get a discount on a new unit or I could get a full refund if I returned the product at my own expense. When I pushed back, I was told I the refund had been given and should show in my bank account in 7 business days. It did show up in my account eventually.

Not worth what we paid. I bought this on a 2 for 1 deal. $154. Really? It does not put out refrigerated air like an air conditioner it does cool the air by 10° to 20°. It's 100° out so this is better than nothing. There is a distinct LACK of customer service. No way to contact anyone about ANY questions or concerns.

This product is an absolute scam. My little fans moves more air the this thing does. It makes me mad to know I was foolish enough to get taken. What is worse I bought two of them.
TOTAL RIP OFF.

It really is a scam. It was advertised to cool the room in 2 minutes. So I bought one to see if it was real, it wasn't. It doesn't cool the room, It just circulate warm air, and the battery life doesn't last 8 hours. YouTube liked false advertisement just to make money. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

This is not an air conditioner, it’s just a very small fan with a very large price. This product and marketing is just the latest in a long line of misleading advertising and product. Even now, posting this review gives this company access to my personal data as it requires a sign in with Facebook or Google id. This company is really slimey.

I ordered this product, but have not received it yet, and after reading these reviews, all bad by the way I do not expect to receive total scam I'll just take the loss $90 bucks lesson learned not buying ANYTHING ELSE OFF THE INTERNET-BASED 😢 LESSON LEARNED.

TERRIBLE!!!! It is a total scam!!!! I am trying to return and can’t get in touch with ANYONE!!!! I want my money back. A hand held church fan is cooler than this. I purchased 2 and they don’t cool… At ALL!!! Do Not BUY THESE. DON’T SAY I DID NOT WARN YOU!!!!

Do your digging before you buy! I’m thoroughly upset with the product. It’s been running for a full day and hasn’t even cooled down the room one degree! On their website, they have listed an average 4.9 star rating when the reality is 95-98% of ratings are one star with significant dissatisfaction from over 400 consumers. Why hasn’t this been shut down?!

If I could give it lower than a 1 star I would,this was a total waste of money. Unit doesn’t do what they described.they should be made to refund every one money that brought one

A fan from the dollar store has more power than the breeza am very much suing for false advertising it's a scam

I would give Breezamax 0 stars if possible. I thought I bought a mini air conditioner. Turns out I was bought an expensive plastic FAN that barely has a Breeze. Tried to return and got absolutely NO response from the Breezamax people. There is NO BREEZE. Just another Internet RIPOFF. DO NOT buy this garbage. They TOTALLY misrepresent their product and DON'T respond to any emails. THIEVES

I had it on for 30 minutes and it never blew cooled air. I want my money back

This product was marketed as a portable A/C unit. They LIED. This is just a mediocre OVERPRICED fan. DO NOT BUY!!!!! This is a TOTAL SCAM.

I would have picked 0 stars but had no choice. I don't know what would describe "fraud" if not this. Not only this fan doesn't cool any size space however small, the only way to feel any effect of it is if you stand right in front of it. And they have audacity to sell warranty on this worthless piece of junk!

Absolutely a scam!!! It’s a $25 fan at most. I wish I would had read the online reviews beforehand. Good luck on getting a partial or full refund back as this company is out of Hong Kong. Do Not Buy!
