I was expecting them to be as comfortable as advertised, but unfortunately I ended up with multiple blisters on my toes and the back of my ankles.

I'm now the proud owner of two pairs of Vivaia shoes. The ordering process was simple, the shoes arrived promptly, and they fit perfectly. They are so comfortable - my go-to shoes for just about everything, and I love the fact they are both washable and waterproof.

It was very easy to order my shoes and the shipping time was quick. I had no issues at all.

I have MULTIPLE pairs of these shoes - they are gorgeous and I get tons of compliments - I have the sneakers a in a couple pairs and the loafers also in a couple pairs, and finally a wedge sandal. The laces are so unique for the sneakers an and you can customize your look, and along with the shoe/lace jewelry - just WOW 🤩! Finally, when I needed a pair of shoes for a specific event (maybe the laces, too) customer care was STELLAR - EVERYTHING came BEFORE my events and ooof the compliments just kept coming - THANK YOU❣️ when new shoes are needed, Vivaia (hopefully SIGNIFICANTLY sustainable🙏)!!!

This company has produced the most comfortable shoes. I now own 3 pair of pointed flats and a pair of sneakers. All have fit me very well. They are stylish and comfortable. In the past to find shoes to fit a wide foot style had to be sacrificed. Not so with Vivaia the shoes arrived timely. They are true to size and well made.

Order placed online. Received no order confirmation but credit card charged. Received no goods - still trying to speak to a human! Bot keeps asking for order number but I wasn’t sent one. Is there a human or a telephone number please? Previously purchased from store with no problem.

Pleased to say that customer service has now been in touch with delivery information. One order now delivered and second order with shipper for delivery. Thank you Vivaia for responding to my issue - they are lovely shoes

Bought my first VIVAIA Shoes overseas and loved it, comfortable very stylish. Then bought another Three pair online so easy and enjoying wearing them all. Very good Quality no problem with delivery service. So all in all very Happy with my VIVAIA🙂

I ordered the black loafers and the delivery was fast! Didn’t expect it to arrive sooner. The pair fits perfectly. Been wearing this a few times and no need to break in the shoes!

I now have 4 pairs of VIVAIA shoes, all flats in different models and colours. They are comfortable, elegant and light, easy to combine with different outfits and to take on holidays, packed in your luggage.

The ordering, purchase and receipt of my Sally Pro sandals met the high standards I’ve come to expect from Vivaia—this is my sixth pair! My only comment/ suggestion to make them more comfortable would be to add a smoother material to the underside of the toe straps, which rub painfully across the top of my toes. Also, please keep working on softening the heels of your loafer styles. I love the look, but had to return the three pair I tried. Thank you.

The shoes are so comfortable and a good fit they are also very stylish and make a good outfit look great. The delivery was very quick.

I have never purchased a more comfortable shoes before. There was no breaking in period with these. I have purchased two colors of the Square Toe Margot V-Cut Flats (Margot 3.0) in black and in yellow apricot quilt. Both are stylish enough to dress up or down. I will be making another purchase of one of their boots for fall/winter but am still deciding which one to buy.

Delivery went smoothly and arrived by the scheduled date. The order process on the site went well. And the quality of the shoe is very good and are easy to spot clean; some shoes are machine washable but I haven’t tried it yet. Do not hesitate. These are so worth it.
