Scam company. Avoid it! Waited for weeks for the item. Got email from delivery company that's unable to delivery, send multiple email to identify problem and help with deliver address. Vovia support was useless, did not help with refund or delivery. Have not gotten either money or the item (which I am not interested anymore).

I bought a Ciara mini because I was looking for a handy but also elegant bag.
I read all the reviews and I was a bit skeptical: I even thought I was victim of a scam. But in the end, everything went smoothly. In 10 days I received my bag: it doesn't smell chemical as I read and the quality is over the top: in the bag I received a little piece of paper with a pleasent scent. A touch of kindness.
A mention for the last mile courier. I wans't at home at the moment of delivery, but he/she put the bag in a safe place. It is a very thoughtful act

Totally a scam!

I ordered a bag in red brown cost HK$993.
They sent me a wrong bag in deep brown, cost HK$683 on their website.

I complaint they sent me the wrong one, they denied and said they sent out the right one.

They treat me like a fool! Totally scam.
They are not reliable! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Their delivery company in bad service too.

Shipped from China which they did not warn me about, I assumed this was a quality UK brand.
Bag stank, was tiny and nowhere near the quality you'd expect for the price. I feel duped by the pictures on the website.

It poses as EU brand, but actually China. And it is the worst china quality possible, worse than Shein. Not like pictures at all, very cheap materials and SMELL just terrible. I bought it only because it was in my friend's wishlist and I wanted to give it to them as a birthday gift. Now I need to quickly find another gift, because this as a gift would be just offensive.

I ordered a bag a month ago; they never sent it, nor did they refund my money. This is a terrible company with appalling service—don't make the mistake of ordering anything from them.

Shipping took about ten days, faster than I expected overall.

The Ciara Essential fits my 13-inch laptop and looks gorgeous.

My daughter loves her new bag. It's exactly as described. The bag is soft and it fits a MacBook Air laptop 13inch model perfectly. I ordered the vintage canvas which had a little waiting time as it was pre-order but on the mentioned name they shipped the bag and from there it took around 1 week to arrive, so thats great. Living in Germany

I bought the Ciara vintage in canvas. Absolutely love it. Perfect size, colour & plenty of space.

I was a little nervous ordering after reading some of the reviews here were bad and many complained that the shipping takes forever. However my package arrived in one week I ordered the Ciara Vintage and it’s exactly what I was looking for! The quality seems good for the price.

This was my first time ordering from vovia and it did not disappoint. The quality and their packaging and shipping times are excellent. I ordered the ciara essential laptop bag, and wowwww the quality and design is stunning for the price if you would ask me. Top experience all around!
