Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 48 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers felt misled by the booking process, believing they were booking directly with airlines, only to encounter higher prices or unexpected charges. Reviewers consistently reported extremely poor customer service, finding it impossible to contact the company, experiencing long wait times, or unhelpful agents. This made it difficult to resolve issues or obtain refunds, often resulting in long delays or partial reimbursements. However, some customers also noted being caught in a frustrating loop between the company and airlines, with each directing them to the other for resolution. A few other people also reported significant issues or concerning practices, including problematic emails and tickets that did not appear to be valid.

Fraud company

Booking went fine to be honest but after about 2 weeks of booking, they changed my flight and added 2 hours layover on top of already 3 hours, making it total of 5 hours layover. i paid extra for shorter layover in my intial booking because i have got a 5 years old kid travelling with me. Contacted them and they demanded another 40 pounds to change the flight to 2 hour layover which is ridiculous to say the least. YOU guys cancelled my BOOKED flight and now rather than making compensation and arraging for suitable alternative, you want more money? its either that or wait 2 more hours layover when you PAID EXTRA for a 3 hours layover. Absolutely rubbish and non professional behaviour. no wonder they already have 2.8 ratings.
Never booking with them again.

Avoid

Avoid, avoid, avoid! Absolute scammers - I was somehow redirected to their site when booking a Lufthansa flight. Long story short, the FN login didn't work for the supplier and only during a torturous online chat with a variety of AI and human operators did I discover that it had been 'cancelled'. This was patent rubbish and 3 months later I'm out the price of the ticket.

I would not recommend Flight Network…

I would not recommend Flight Network based on my experience.

I spent over a month trying to resolve a refund issue and was repeatedly told that my case had been escalated, marked as a priority, and reviewed by multiple teams, including management.

After weeks of follow-ups, I was ultimately provided with information about a refund that had already been processed, rather than a meaningful review of the issue I had raised. Throughout the process, communication was repetitive, timelines were not met, and my concerns were never properly addressed.

What disappointed me most was the lack of accountability after so many assurances that the matter was being actively reviewed.

Very frustrating and disappointing customer service experience.

Absolutely the worst customer service…

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever faced.
It has been 8 months since I requested my refund, and I have spent countless hours making well over 100 calls to both Air India and Flight Network. Throughout these 8 months, I was repeatedly asked for additional documents, relationship proofs, and various other requirements. I provided everything that was requested, every single time.
Now Air India says the refund has been generated and tells me to contact Flight Network. When I contact Flight Network, they tell me they are still waiting for confirmation and processing from Air India.
For 8 months, I have been trapped between Air India and Flight Network, with both companies shifting responsibility instead of resolving the issue. As a customer, I should not have to chase two companies for nearly a year just to receive money that is rightfully mine.
The lack of accountability, communication, and professionalism from both Air India and Flight Network is shocking. After 8 months, 100+ calls, and endless follow-ups, I am still without my refund.
This is completely unacceptable. Resolve this matter immediately.

Why is nothing done about this organisation?

I wrote about this company in October 2025 when booking a flight with Easyjet to find that this company managed to scam its way on to the booking site. I contacted my bank, the credit card company and Action Fraud to no avail. All I was offered was Victim Support. In the meantime, many other holidaymakers have had their plans ruined, been caused stress and lost money. Still nothing is done and Meta and Microsoft boost their profits by enabling scam companies to operate with impunity on their sites.

Flight network left us out of pocket and ignored all emails

I very rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Flight Network was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

We booked through Flight Network partly because of the reassurance of their advertised guarantee/support in the event of disruption. Unfortunately, an airport security emergency completely outside of our control prevented us from making our onward flight. We understood the situation itself wasn’t Flight Network’s fault, but what happened afterwards absolutely was.

We emailed multiple times over the course of more than a month asking for assistance, support, or even just a response. Every single email was ignored. No help, no attempt to resolve the issue, nothing. The only time we finally received a response was after a chargeback was raised through Amex.

What makes this even more frustrating is that we were not trying to profit from the situation or demand compensation. We paid for our own replacement travel out of pocket and only wanted the money back for the unusable booking. Instead, we were left completely out of pocket while Flight Network hid behind terms and conditions and provided none of the support or guarantee that was advertised when we booked.

I understand extraordinary events can happen and are outside everyone’s control. What is not acceptable is taking customers’ money, offering no meaningful support when things go wrong, and then ignoring repeated attempts to resolve the issue for over a month.

Extremely disappointing experience and not a company I would trust with future travel bookings.

Nightmare cancelled flight, still no money months later, repay flight

I booked two tickets through FlightNetwork for €754.60. The flight was cancelled, and FlightNetwork’s own support acknowledged that the trip was impacted. They also acknowledged my refund request by email and said it was still being processed.
Months later, I still have not received the refund. I had to pay an extra additional €2687.86 in order to fly back home due to flightnetwork negligence.

The worst part is the lack of clear communication.

After the cancellation, I had to contact support repeatedly and was mostly transferred, told to wait, or given no useful update. Because there was no clear help or response, I had to book another airline, pay for transport, accommodation, food, and extra costs while travelling with my mother, who was recovering from an ankle fracture.

The original cancelled booking was €754.60, but the situation created an additional €2687.86 in expenses. In total, this caused serious financial damage and I had to borrow money.
I am not able to verify whether the airline refunded FlightNetwork or whether FlightNetwork is still waiting. That is exactly the problem: the customer is left stuck between the airline and the booking site, with no clear accountability.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend FlightNetwork, especially for important trips. Saving a small amount by booking through a third-party website is not worth the risk if something goes wrong.

I will not book a flight through Flight Network again

Flight Network: Additional costs and no solution
I booked flights with JetSmart through Flight Network and additionally paid for 2×23 kg of luggage (€78). The payment was confirmed.
When printing the boarding pass on the JetSmart platform, it turned out that the luggage had not been registered with the airline. I therefore had to pay for it again.
The subsequent clarification with Flight Network customer service was very time-consuming (about a month, around ten emails) and led to no solution. Instead, I was referred to JetSmart.
Since the booking and payment were made through Flight Network and I had no direct contact with JetSmart during the booking process, I would have expected Flight Network to clarify why the boarding pass from JetSmart did not include the luggage and why I had to pay for it again. In my case, however, I was left with the additional costs.
From my point of view, this is very disappointing. I would not book through Flight Network again in the future, but directly with the responsible airline.

Urgent warning to British airlines…

Urgent warning to British airlines travellers Flight Network victims waiting for a refund after being robbed by Flight Network: this is a ghost company impersonating BA, juggles around companies’ logo and official website. Case BA8475 flight XIUZHT: Flight Network is charging the money for flight tickets they don’t have, then sending fishing emails announcing flight cancellation. Processing my refund money since 17th of March 2026, now keeping 72% of my money. This is fraud that must be investigated. A well-known company such as British airlines would not involve with scammers unless they share the loot. How many victims of those thieves would it take to get attention from authorities? Please be aware: Flight Network is UK Ltd, Unit 112854, PO Box 6945, London, W1A 6US, United Kingdom.

Avoid Flight network at all cost. Scammers

I want to warn others about a really stressful experience I had when booking a flight with Air Mauritius and a third-party site called Flight Network.

I reserved a ticket directly with Air Mauritius and was waiting for their official payment link. Before it arrived, I received a separate payment link from Flight Network. I had never dealt with them before and assumed it was part of the airline process, since my reservation had already been confirmed.

I paid the link, only to receive a call shortly after from Air Mauritius saying no payment had been made. That’s when I realized the real payment link from the airline had come through separately.

Air Mauritius cancelled the reservation immediately. Meanwhile, Flight Network claimed I had booked through them and said they would charge a cancellation fee — even though no ticket had been issued and no payment had been passed to the airline.

Despite explaining this, they refused to refund me and gave conflicting information, even blaming other third parties like eTraveli and Hyperwallet.

I had paid via PayPal. Initially, my dispute was rejected because the payment had been authorized. But after escalating and requesting a proper review, PayPal refunded me in full under buyer protection — because no ticket was ever issued, meaning no service was provided.

At the same time, my bank had also started investigating the transaction as potential fraud and issued a temporary refund.

This whole situation was extremely frustrating and stressful. My advice:
Be very careful when booking flights. If you reserve directly with an airline, only use their official payment links. Do not assume emails from unfamiliar companies are legitimate, even if they appear connected to your booking.

Cheap deals from third-party sites can come with serious risks. In my experience, this felt misleading and dishonest.

Stay vigilant and double-check everything before making payment.

FlightNetwork is a total scam

FlightNetwork is a total scam! I booked a "refundable" flight with them selecting a premium airline. They sent me a confirm for a budget carrier at a different time selected. When I asked for a refund based on the terms of purchase, they told me to contact the carrier directly. When I called the carrier, they told me to contact FlightNetwork as they don't process refunds. I had to file a fraud case with my credit card company to get my money back. This company is a total scam! Do not use.
