Super cheap prices
Super cheap prices, and it's great as we needed a new sofa but really didn't want to buy an expensive one as we have young kids.
Treasurebox has good prices and decent furniture.

Wish i received tracking updates
Dispatch was super fast however i didn’t receive any tracking updates. No emails to advise my order was on the way or had been delivered. Happy with the speed of delivery (2 days) but next time would appreciate updates

Minimal updates/tracking
Tracking has been pretty minimal, I haven't been given any information whatsoever and had to call the number connected to CastleParcels to see if my order had gotten into their hands and left the warehouse. Not really a Treasure Box issue I'll say that, haven't received the vanity yet but I know it'll be good quality as some friends have a few. Good product & brand just a lack of communication/updates on tracking.

Great product - service not so great
The product itself is great, however we received an email to say the item is ready to be collected. The link to confirm we were there did not work and as it was a Sunday, nobody was answering the phones. We had to wait an additional 30 minutes to collect our item. An email to say it's ready to be picked up should not be sent out if it's not ready and please check your links and answer your phones!

online ordering was a breeze
online ordering was a breeze, the product item we chose was value for money, ok there was also a great special on and on for a good length of time which we appreciated. the console style desk has two drawers on sliders, epic size for where we wanted to use it - so more of a sideboard look that some regular office desk so exactly what we searching high and low for, love it being white in colour, sleek, modern. our package arrived within 2 days even living rural, assembly was pretty easy going. so love ordering from Treasurebox. thanks !

Good Bed
It took awhile to build but in general was easy to do. Ideally I would be better to come with 4 drawers or the ability to purchase more draws. other than that it is a sturdy bed.
