This company is one of the most unprofessional, careless, and disrespectful brands I have ever dealt with. I bought their product, it failed twice, and instead of honoring a proper warranty, they refused to help unless I disposed of the defective item myself and provided proof. That forced me to spend my own money to dismantle it, carry it down several floors, hire someone to remove it, and deal with the entire burden alone.

After that, they ignored my complaint completely. No updates, no support, no responsibility. They only responded after two full years, acting as if this delay was normal and refusing to acknowledge the extra costs and stress their policy caused me.

This company does not care about customers, does not honor warranty obligations, and does not stand behind the products they sell. They leave you with the cost, the work, and the frustration, and then respond years later with zero accountability.

Avoid this brand at all costs. They do not respect your time, your money, or your rights as a customer.

I brought a fold away mattress about 6 months ago and some of the fabric started fraying. I contacted zinus and it was immediately replaced. Good customer service, warm articulate emails. I was definitely impressed with both the product, replacement and service.

I have followed up multiple times regarding the approved replacement for my order and have still not received any update or response.
As the warranty claim was already accepted and a replacement was offered, I now require confirmation of dispatch within the next few days.
If I continue to receive no response, I will proceed with a formal complaint regarding the unresolved warranty claim.

Alex was great to deal with, accomodating and helpful, made contact timely and remedied the issue. Would suggest to others.

Richard helped me pick out a mattress and bed frame and was very easy to work with and made sure my comfort came first. Highly recommend Zinus products and will definitely be back for future purchases.

I"m so impressed with this bed. It is sooo well made and the thought gone into it is exceptional. Rounded edges so you don't hit the corner. The centre bar and legs are so well done and don't bend like other beds when they catch the carpet when you pull it out. The way it goes together is also exceptional. I bought with the memory foam mattress and all I can say is "Well done Zinus on the deliver of a 1st class product".

Brought a bedframe and mattress from zinus and have no complaints at all, ridiculously cheap compared to other beds on the market and the quality is great. I've had mine for about 6 months now and have no complaints, actually cant believe the bargain.

I bought a bed base from Zinus and was very pleasantly surprised with how good quality it was and how well designed - it was very easy to put together and feels very sturdy. When I needed a new mattress to go with the bed I ended up back at Zinus, as I was impressed with the bed frame I thought it was worth a try to buy a mattress too. Again, very happy with what I got - good quality, good price and for both items delivery was very quick.

Was a great product, order came fast and was easy to assemble. We've been using the bed frame for months and have had no issues.

I recently purchased a Zinus queen bed and have been very satisfied with its overall quality. The assembly process was straightforward and manageable, even without assistance.

I bought the Metro Metal Bed Base - King Single. It went together well, the instructions were clear. There was one error, the screws in step 7 were marked "S" but they should be "M" the same as in step 11 (they go through the same piece of steel). There's heaps of room under the bed, 310mm by my measure. The design of the slats is different than that shown on the product page, the ends are pressed closed and the slots in the rails are thinner and also the two halves are hinged together with a pin rather than having an extra joining piece. Functionally it makes no difference though. Seems sturdy enough and doesn't rattle. It has clearly been made to a budget but it seems well designed and good value.
I bought the base in November 2025, it's now 6 months later and I haven't had any problems with it.
I will say, when I bought it, it was on special for $109 including shipping. I see the current not-on-special price is $299. A quick search shows there are other similar options for cheaper at the moment, so it pays to do your research.
