Long delivery and no information given to me.

This is the second time i have ordered something and the delivery doesn’t come even when it said it’s been shipped. I called and they said it had gone out for delivery 10 days prior to my call, and that they would check with the shipping company but I haven’t heard back. Very poor customer service and delivery co-ordination, will not be making the mistake of ordering from here again.

Fast delivery once purchase but…

Fast delivery once purchase but definitely need to add in rural delivery for all us country living people, product is awesome love it but I needed a higher head board but that’s okay my mattress is just so tall lol love my bed frame

Very comfortable electric recliners.

We are happy with the electric recliners, they're very comfortable and quiet 😁.
We had a few glitches with the office, we were told twice they were ready to collect, but they weren't there yet. So I wasted some time and money, I also got an email to say I'd get a 10 % discount on my 1st order, but the code I got wouldn't work!! However we have them at home now 👍

Excellent communication

Excellent communication, quick deliver. was amazed. Product right size for area. Had ordered from another company after I purchased had a lot of problems and endless delays, cancelled and got a refund. I highly rate your company, very efficient. Delivery service kept me informed of where they at every step of the way.
