Truly a horrible site
Truly a horrible site, stay away!
First of all, both flights and hotels are extremely overpriced compared to any other website. I thought by luck I found a cheaper ticket for the same day I wanted to travel and made a payment, payment was confrimed and I got a pre-confrimation but ticket was NEVER issued. They've told me that they will be in touch and update me in 20 minutes. After half and hour, no update. I connect again to speak with the live support, another dude picks up the chat and tells me that they cannot issue this ticket due to "technical issues". FLIGHT WAS IN 7 HOURS!!!
They offer either another ticket or refund, I asked them for a refund and they tell me that I need to wait 3 WHOLE DAYS for a refund, mind that I made the payment with cryptocurrency, it would be INSTANT to make a refund! I need to fly latest the day after so I asked them for other ticket options, they show me a ticket for 1080 USD, which is 800 USD ON ALL THE OTHER SITES! What type of a scam is this. Their response was "this is the price our suppliers give us". ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? What if this was my last money and I need to fly tomorrow? They offer no price matching, no help, no solutions, THEY ONLY KNOW TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT GIVE YOU A TICKET OR A REFUND ON TIME!
Horrible service, I hope that no one will fall into such scam, I call it scam due to the overpriced tickets & showing cheap tickets that they CANNOT ISSUE!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNTIL THEY LEARN TO RESPECT & MAKE UP THEIR MISTAKES TO THEIR CLIENTS!
