I was very disappointed and that was my second order my first order. I was very satisfied. That’s the reason why I ordered again.

I ordered on their website. They advertise that if the name Kivora is not on product it’s fake, that’s what I received. I contacted them and somebody named Emma(if it’s not fake) contacted me and said they will send me replacement. I said I don’t want replacement since I don’t trust their company anymore. A friend ordered from a different brand (SKINCU) but looks exactly the same as mine(mass produced and putting in different boxes for different companies)I even sent them pictures and videos. I said I want refund that’s when they stopped replying to my email but keep sending advertising emails pushing to buy more.

There is no name on the product, mine tasted terrible, the color did not stay on and it turns the same color on every person that has tried it. It did not match your advertisements.

I recently purchased the Lip Plumper on the buy 2 get 2 special. After waiting for over 20 days for the product. The pens were defective after clicking many times still nothing was coming out. I complained via the support email but only offered a 30% refund stating that the product was opened. I protested that how was I to know that the pens were empty without testing them, but only to realise that these emails were AI generated because the responses were the same every time and I was not talking to a person. I still have not received positive feedback from a real person. 😡😡😡😡😡 I am very disappointed in the lack of customer support

I do not recommend this product if I could give it zero stars I would. The product is substandard at best. Beware of these positive reviews. Customer service and responses regarding the refund policy are non existent. I have attempted to contact this company multiple times since receiving this product in August 2026 to date still no response. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT order this product.

I have bought twice, so obviously I’m not disappointed, but I feel Kivora advertising isn’t quite honest when one get the impression the colour is stronger than it is in reality.
My pale complexion will give a lighter colour, but the colour isn’t much stronger on my daughter’s dark complexion either.
I like the feeling of being soft like a balm, and it stays on for a long time.
3* is due to misinformation of the colour.

Received lipstick and after second time trying it,the lipstick itself stuck to my lip and fell off onto the counter ,turned into mush . It was the consistency of petroleum jelly. I contacted the company that said it was used/ tampered with,how else would I know if it was good ?? Gave me $12.89 refund ,I just wanted a replacement. I was told no . So much for 90 guarantee, which is only if you don't use it. Make it make sense. I questioned the fact it did say kivora on the lipstick container which they state is fake if it doesn't say it and they never answered that. I bought directly from the site . It left my lips dry and pieces of lipstick on my lips. I really was excited for this product. They don't stand behind their product.shame , I was told by a friend ulta sells a few that offer the same thing at a lower price and they don't fall apart. I'll be going there .Huge disappointment,I have them every have to do the right thing and they chose to disregard. Spent $44 got $12.89 for a faulty item

I just got mine a week ago. Took awhile to get it. It is smooth going in but does not last as long as stated in the ads. I gave one to my daughter her lips turn a very light pink very pretty in her. Mine turn more a burgundy color I think is a littler dark for me but it doesn't bleed into the lines of my lip

Not only did it not work. Their website states 90 day guarantee and I had it for two weeks, and they are refusing to refund my money. Beware.

The delivery was quick. I love the way the lipstick feels. I do wish that it lasted longer. Not quite as I expected in that category but still love it.

On the Web website, it states “you have 90 days long enough to wear it every day and if it isn’t your color, you return it for a full refund“. They do not honor that they will only refund your money if it is unopened and unused, therefore you cannot try it and still get a refund. Also, it says the company is based in Wyoming, the product is shipped from Korea so if you do want to return it, you have to pay for shipment to Korea. It is a total rip off. Especially since you can get the same product on Amazon for half the price.

It does change color on lip but also on the tube. It stay on most of day but goes away after 10 hours. Gave second one to daughter and her color was lighter than mine

Ordering was easy shipping went well and packaging was sufficient. Felt wonderful going on but after using it for two days, I had to start using Chapstick because it definitely dried out my lips.

Just broke as I applied it the first time. Too squishy, can't be used without a lip brush. When on, very drying and barely any colour. Waste of money.

The only reason I didn't give higher is the fact that after I ordered they started txting me giving hard sell to buy more products before they post my order. Made me really uncomfortable so won't order again.

Its great that you can reapply it without a mirror and I like the colour it gives me, but it doesn’t last long before you need to reapply.

Love that this self-coloring lipstick doesn’t dry my lips. The color change is subtle — wish it would get just a little darker.

I ordered a lipstick that starts out clear and purportedly changes color to match your skin tone and stays put all day. I knew it was iffy but the video was seriously convincing, so I decided to take a chance. As expected, it didn't work. It was barely a lip gloss and stayed on about as long as any other lipstick. When I requested a refund the company processed a 25% return and did not reply to follow up messages. Shame on me for not checking Trustpilot first!

I like the feel and color. Is it possible to make it last on the lips longer? Reapplying can be an issue.
