Be careful when you buy this product as you automatically get signed up for auto renewal. Product is not good either

Horrible customer service! The subscription box is hidden so easily missed when checking out. It looks like other customers have the same problem.
I’m trying to return my original order to get a refund (it’s within the 90 day “risk free” time period. They say they will only give me 50% refund as to cover customs, etc! Funny as this product came from California which is the state I live in.
Company is a scam!!!

#1 the product does not perform as advertised
#2 impossible to cancel subscription. Tried several times and they still ship the order. Company does not respond in a timely manner to requests.
All they want to do is ship out product

No change at all and I am on my 3rd bottle. Don't waste your money. I see now that many others complained as well, but they trick you into the monthly subscription from the start. I had no idea I had signed up for that, and they refuse to refund when I had not even received my second order yet. Total scam!!!!

Sibs option product! No good! And shops from some weird warehouse called Yasmeen. Supposedly product ‘formulated in Korea but made in China’! Hard as heck to stop subscription. This is how you know they are fraudulent! Most legit companies do not trap you in a subscription!

I ordered one set of the Time Reverse Cream weeks ago, thinking it was a single purchase. I realized after receiving notice of another charge that I had unknowingly been signed up for a recurring subscription. I cancelled it as soon as I found out, but by then another shipment was already on its way. The subscription checkbox is easy to miss during checkout, and based on other reviews here, this is clearly not an isolated case. Check every pre-selected box carefully before you pay.

I don't trust this company at all. I saw an ad on Instagram and went on the Koriderm website to purchase the product. Stupid mistake.
Beware if you do decide to try it, that they have already checked the box to sign you up for a monthly, recurring subscription. If you don't notice this and uncheck the box (which I unfortunately didn't), they will send you an email the following month telling you that your next order is on its way. This surprised me because I hadn't placed a second order and that's when I was informed that I had signed up - or more accurately - they had signed me up for a subscription. I contacted Customer Service 8 times within a 4-day period saying I didn't want the product, please don't send it and refund the money they had charged to my Amex. Koriderm replied 6 days after I first contacted them and said that it was clear on their website that I had signed up (NO it wasn't) and I had no choice but to accept the delivery. I quickly cancelled the ridiculous subscription and I hope it worked! I'd like to return the product, but I've read horror stories about their return policy so don't know if it's worth it.
Don't waste your time and money on this deceitful company.

I signed up for buy one get one free for I think $78.00 in June 2926. Some how I got a total of four tubes and charged $138.00. It was taking so long to get anything on the first order so I tried to cancel and they said it was already shipped and could not change anything. As soon as I got the product I canceled my autoshipment and I of course got an email confirmation. The next month I recieved another shipment and they again charged my credit card. I notified the Koriderm company and forbid them for using my card and insisted on a refund. They said my account was closed and they were checking into it. I ended up contacting my credit card company and having them removed. The product did not work for me and they can not be trusted to give them any account infor.

Beware of this company. They trick you into a subscription when you only buy one tube of cream. Suddenly you are receiving two tubes monthly and being charges $79 on your credit card. When you try to cancel, again the website is very tricky. They tell you that you cannot cancel and keep pushing other options like “pause” or “continue”. It took me two days of bombarding their website with threats for me to cancel and my credit card says the charge will be reversed by November 9. I have 4 unopened boxes of Koriderm in the drawer now. It’s just a cream. Certainly no miracles.

I like the product but customer service needs lot of improvement. I was trying to cancel my monthly subscription but their portal doesn’t work . I’ve sent them multiple emails and for one response saying it will take 2-3 business days for them to get back to me . The next billing date is tomorrow. I wrote them again 2-3 times and no response. Finally I could I small hidden subscription cancellation and was able to do it . I also let my bank mow about it in case they charge me . Will never buy another product from them

I have been trying for weeks to cancel my subscription. They are slow to respond and will not cancel my subscription. I have to get a new Visa card in order for the automatic subscription to stop or every month go on their site and cancel my order. Very poor customer service. No phone service.

I found myself in a subscription even though I did not sign up for one. With the first connection to a customer dishonest, the relationship is over. I would never use this product.

This does not work for me at all. I wS looking at the videos.. they must be fake.. do not buy.

My experience has been terrible.You all have taking advantage of my kindness. you all say that i did a subscription for this product call KORIDERM cream .I did'not .I never order subscription because i donot know for sure if my face is going to except it which it did not. but for some reason you keep sending this product to me and charging me $84.00 each month to capital one . do you think i need a cream at this time or food. For some reason you have send in documents to capital one a they believe you for the last four months i have put up with this to long enought is enought i despute this last month and know this month and they still payed you .iam going to despute this and last month if i could do every month i would .And as for your phone number no one answers it says its not taking calls right know. How many people has this happen to.Please take care of this i have so many tubs of this that i have to give away at some point .Sincerely Ernestina Parraz!.Before i forget i send you a Email last month and still i did'not get a respond from you all.

Please cancel my subscription for koriderm How do I send it back?

Jun 2026 First time ordering and was paying through 'SHOP' so did not see or expect any scam when paying for the product. Today 2nd August I received an email notifying me that another of the same was on its way! Another 580 DKk from my credit card. I was shocked and furious at the same time and immediately emailed them and trying to cancel my credit card in their system, but it is fraud also, and It doesn’t allow to cancel not only your data and “subscription” I haven’t made but also credit card info which they had details. When you trust an app like 'SHOP' you consider it safe however, perhaps they haven't about this company but whatever the reason, they should not be representing KORIDERM! Also I have checked that their products are no FDA approved, which means, they are not safe….

I can already see signs of the lines around my lips softening and my face in general is firmer. Can’t wait to see more improvement.

My skin is feeling much better than before. The texture was the first thing I noticed. I am looking forward to the next weeks ahead. I like the quick response my skin is having to the product!

I have only been using this for about 3 weeks at night and I simply love the way my skin feels. I’m 73 and what amazes me is in morning my skin feels so soft, hydrated and supple. It feels like that at the end of the day having had makeup on. It may not have a fancy packaging or fragrance added but what it does for my skin is fabulous!! Brenda
