Their customer service is way over and above what you normally run into. I was having trouble trying to figure out the correct size because I have uneven breast. The size I ordered fits but keeps riding up. I emailed Maggie’s and asked about that. Jasmine was extremely helpful and patient with me and figuring out whether I should try the next size up to see if that fits any better. They are sending me all new tanks in a size above. I cannot thank them enough for their patience and kindness in helping me with this issue.

Quick response to my request to exchange to a diff size. Nice material. Excited to get the replacement.

I got a swift answer from Maggie's Tanks about what to do for an exchange. They were personable and concise and took care of everything to make the exchange. I had ordered 3 tanks in 2 sizes, to see which one fit best, so I was contacting them to see if I could exchange the one size for another. Of course, I could! It's on it's way now! I only had to pay for postage, which I am fine with!

I find it suspect that Trust Pilot gives this product a 4+/5 while other reviews online (including on Reddit) are very critical and much more similar to my experience -- which was terrible for the product. Customer Service has been sweet and responsive, but the problem is that the product is structured poorly for anyone who has bigger than an A or B cup. They definitely advertise to older people and bigger women (up to 4XL), but I've learned that there is no way that a bra with no substantial structure can work for larger breast sizes. The advertising is deceptive. When I reported the problem to them, with their encouragement, they sent me a smaller size (3XL to 2XL) and then again (2XL to XL) assuring me it could work with my measurements and description of body type. But the problem was not the size per se, but the design of the product. It could be okay only if one needed no support at all. Other feedback includes its cheap materials and no bottom seam. The neckline gaps and the fit is completely unworkable. They generally offer only a 30% refund, so I'm in negotiation with them now for my purchase of 5 tops.

I ordered according to the indications on the site. I discovered upon receipt that the top was too big. I ordered three tops in a sale promotion. While Maggie will make every effort to fit you it only applies to one top. There was an extra shipping charge to replace all three. I finally received my order and the fit is much better. The communication with the customer is excellent, keeping you up to date and dealing with any issues. I did find that delivery was a bit slow. Otherwise the company is worth dealing with.

These tanks/bras are the best items of clothing I’ve purchased in a very long time.Soft and so comfortable you aren’t dying to take it off by days end. Love them.

Received smaller size, but shelf bra still rides up over my breast. Cups are too small. Doesn't support me at all.

I really do love the concept. I usually wear a 44DD bra, so I ordered size 3XL. I don’t love the way they lay around the top of my breasts/neck area. It’s doesn’t lay flat. Does that mean I need a large size?

I was upset because I was told I could only get 30% of my money back and that they didn’t take returns. However, when I pursued it further, they were extremely helpful and gave me a full refund and told me to give the stuff away. I think it is too personal to give away underwear. I appreciated their help and quick solution.

The product is cheaply made, raw edges with no hems, flimsy synthetic fabric - doesn't look anything like the photos shown on their website. I ordered based on their sizing chart and the cups were nowhere near large enough for my DD breasts. I wanted to return for a refund but that wasn't possible so I ended up losing money and donating the tanks to a women's shelter - hopefully they'll be of some use to someone.
