Was very helphull get everything i needed:)

Pre sale Tickets bought for the superrally 2026. The tickets where more expensive than at the door, and than the tickets did not work the helpline was not available on the phone. After the event asked for a refund , but tickster doesn’t take responsibility. It is a big scam, don’t buy your tickets with tickster.

I am super happy that Jenny was able to reschedule a ticket reservation that I made for a wrong date for Vas museum. It has been super easy and fast. Thank you again.

Bought tickets months ago and noticed the date wasn’t fitting anymore, asked for a change to the support, they fixed it fast! Very pleased !

I bought 2 tickets to Hang Massive on Kollektivet Livet 20 november. For me and my husband.
So it was a kind of a birthday present, my birthday is 24.
We were both looking forward to this evening.

On the ticket it said;
Event Starts at 7.30 PM!! My husband works until 17.30 so we were in s bit of hurry (we thought)
we took a taxi in to make it, arrived at 18.20
We wanted to sit there before it starts and eat someting, its that time, dinner time.
It was hard to find info about this place, easy to find were it was and what performances had been there and so on. But when it came to info about eating, drinks, open hours this event... NOT MUCH!! so we assumed due to the time this event starts at 7.30pm that we could sit in the bar have a drink and something to eat and relax before for this event.

NO!!! That wasent going to happen!!
We (along with 10 other people at that time) couldnt find the entrance, we walked along this windy cold harbour for the entrance door. No info outside no one to call no one to talk to about this evening.
Dressed in nice clothes for this evening. After some 20 min in the freezing cold and wind searching we finally understand that the entrance was shut with steel bars. My husband shook the grid and a guard looked out, we asked if we could come in is freezing and we have tickets. He just shut the door!
So Instead we went in to the old ferry's ticket hall. To get a little warmer. But it was still very cold. Hungry, freezing and needed a bathroom we were to far to walk anywere. We sat in there to at least protect us from the ice cold wind for 1hr. When we decided to go out it was 20 min left, it was a queue as long as 2 heavy trucks. Insane!
At this point there were many people like us, that came early to have a drink, that also came into this hall.
So we had no choice but to stay in this queue for another 30 min in the cold, hungry, thirsty, freezing and in need of a bathroom.
Finally inside this black basement look, a few tables on the sides, no chairs no were to sit the few places were occupied, of course, just a dirty look inside with no structure. There weren't any food, it was an oven we saw this frozen pizza going in. No proper 'bar' just an "childish bar like counter" they had beer, cider and wine.
I dont drink beer and i was cold so I asked for an Irish coffee, they said No, we dont make it.
But i saw a coffee maker. As a bartender myself, i would have asked i can make you coffee with......, if the lack of whipped cream was the issue.
SO, this is how it ALL turned out with this evening we had been looking for so much.

We couldnt eat, no real food just a cheap frozen pizza. Not what we wanted to eat when going out on a event that lasts for several hours, and as middle age couple, not teenagers.
And only beer and cider to drink, the staff was so nonchalant and not very friendly. I dont think they like their job so much.
IF we stayed we had to stand up for several hours and eat this frozen crap.
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! We left!

We took a cab and went to Hotel Rival in a hurry so the kitchen didnt close, had dinner there and talked about how porly this event was planned, mostly the lack of info.

CONCLUSION:
1000 sek for 2 tickets
and
cab 500:-
to end up with cystitis no Hang Massive, no food or anything else just BAD PORLY CONSTRUCTED EVENT! Money in the drain!!

I had an issue with my tickets, but it's resolved quickly and very helpful way.

Unhelpful and very rude. Do not recommend. They make up policies to refuse you getting any money back. Customer service was rude. Would not recommend.

Have often you have got service or support that is beyond your expectations? Answer often is: I don't remember. Support that I got from Wallmans Em and Simon was really beyond my expectations. When a company has this kind of service culture I can only recommend their attitude and wish that the company also recognize the value of people that are delivering this day by day. I like to wish Wallmans all the best now and in the future! Thank you for your service! Timo

Cancelled Giants Of Rock concert without refund, shouldn't you be responsible for what you sell. I did not buy the ticket from the organiser but from Tickster. You should be the one to deal with that. Very irresponsible. When problems arise, you just wash your hands.

WARNING

Promoter cancelled the show due to bankruptcy and this was the answer from Tickster to me:

"The show is cancelled due to the promoter having filed for bankruptcy.

Refunds will be done whenever they have transferred funds back to us.

There is no need to contact our Support at this specific moment"

I don't care if they have the funds, I have send the money to Tickster, you need to give us back the money.
