I received almost no information on the person I was checking on, just a load of photos many of which were not him. I didn’t mind paying £1, but I was annoyed to discover that without any warning I... See more

They charged me 50p for one number…
They charged me 50p for one number search then proceeded to charge me 29.99 pounds for a subscription no pre charge notification or any e-mail from them saying I have signed up for a subscription. I guess whole business model structured around this practice. Chancers. Don’t bother.
This is nothing more then a scam
This is nothing more then a scam, I did pay € 0, 50 for one single try-out.
And they took € 29, 99 from my card for 2 times , I did block them and unsubscribe wich is not easy.
Does anyone have a clue how to cancel…
Does anyone have a clue how to cancel this? Number one, you don't get any info on the person you want and they continue to take $30 from my account
Scammer
I signed up for this service believing I was only paying 50p for a one-time lookup. Shortly afterwards, I discovered a £29.99 charge linked to a subscription that I was not fully aware of.
I cancelled the subscription as soon as I noticed it and contacted customer support immediately. Although they confirmed my subscription was cancelled and that no future payments would be taken, they refused to refund the £29.99 charge.
As a person on a limited income, £29.99 is a significant amount of money. I feel the subscription and renewal terms were not clear enough, and I am very disappointed with the outcome and the lack of flexibility from customer support.
Based on my experience, I would advise others to read all subscription terms very carefully before making any payment.
Tried to cancel only to be charged…
Tried to cancel only to be charged almost £10 for the pleasure.... disgusting DO NOT USE
Very misleading and manipulative…
Very misleading and manipulative website - it’s not clear that there is a cost because of the way the screen is formatted (have to scroll down to see the charging section). They try to build your commitment to getting results by making you wait through a bogus set of checking steps. Avoid this website !
Scam
If I could, I'd give it 0 stars. I helped my mum lookup a phone number, paid $0.90 cents and then suddenly got a $39.99 transaction on my bank account, this is a scam! I demand a refund, if not I will file a major complaint
SCAM!!
SCAM!!! I used my card once to pay 1 or 2 euros and after some time they charged it with 29.99€!!!!!!

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD
SIF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD
Disappointing experience. I was charged £30 after a trial and contacted support. I was clearly told my refund had been processed, but later informed I’m not eligible for one. I am also convinced the owner DAVID or what name goes by has severe mental health by not understanding anything.
Conflicting information like this makes it very hard to trust a company. SAVE YOUR TIME DO NOT BOTHER
This is a scam company
This is a scam company, they get you to make a payment of £1.00 to find the provenance of a phone number and then they take an unauthorised payment of £29.99. The information they provided was also useless.
Luckily my bank recognised the payment as a scam and refused the transacction. I have had to cancel my card now as they have the details.
Do not go near them,
Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless. No information whatsoever was found and it automatically signed me up for a subscription I didn't want. Easy to unsubscribe though. Complete scam
SCAM ALERT
SCAM ALERT! This is clearly an unethical company - their business model is based on a scam! They've taken £29.99 out of my account that I definitely did not authorise. I agreed to pay £0.50 for a single look-up, which somehow, inexplicably, turned into a monthly charge of £29.99. I never agreed to this - I never signed up for a recurring payment. Why would I do that when the information I received for 50p was completely useless to me? Apparently, they have a "strict no-refund policy" LOL! I have a strict no-scammer policy! I've instructed my credit card company to initiate a charge back. I've also had to change my credit card as I do not trust this lot with my payment details. You should be arrested for consumer fraud - and I hope you will be! Ironically, I was trying to track down some scammers, which is why I needed the information to investigate - only to be scammed in the process. You are the scum of humanity - why don't you set up a proper business where you create value for society instead of scamming people?
This is a scam company AVOID AVOID…
This is a scam company AVOID AVOID AVIOD !!!
I have never heard of this company, no idea what they do, however my credit card has been charged £29.99 by them. Spoke to their "customer services" and a very old email address and credit card of mine has been used.
They're refusing to refund this bogus charge....absolutely SHOCKING AND DISGUSTING customer service. SHAME ON YOU.
Tell "David" to stop spamming my email address, more disgusting behaviour.
inglorious bastards
inglorious bastards, straight up scammers, once they have your card info payments will just come to you for no reason, they attract you with a 50cent only payment, their ai and stuff is not good and doesnt justify price, then you get instantly like 3 payments and its already 1.5 eu, then the next day you will have to pay 30 farcking euros, luckily i blocked them in time. this should not be legal in any way
Beware of being 'signed up' for an unwanted subscription
After interacting with the website I was asked to pay £1. Having authorised that on Paypal I found the 'report' on the queried phone no. contained no information.
Most shocking, I found I had been signed up for an annual subscription service, and only noticed when PayPal advised of a £29.99 direct debit authorisation. This kind of dodgy business practice must be stopped if web-based commerce is to survive.
This is a fraudulent company
This is a fraudulent company, they just tried to take £29.99 out of my account week after i paid £1 for nothing. It's a waste of time they are scammers!!! Just obtain your bank details to steal your money. Thankfully my bank notified me straightaway. I have had to cancel my card now.
I was charged 40$ without my consent
I was charged 40$ without my consent. When I emailed them they said I should have received a welcome letter and email on how to manage subscription service . I haven’t received this. I was informed refund will not be processed. I continued to email further and say I did not receive emails and 40$ was deducted without my consent. Then I received email processing credit on my account. Beware of their shifty terms and conditions
