The app use to be good, it would let you cash out with a minimum of £25. Now you have to make £55 minimum to cash out. There are never any new/different games so it’s impossible to make it up to £55.
When there is a new game it’s hit and miss if the app will track your progress!

Im terminally ill & my past time is playing games. I have had an open dispute ticket for 2 months. I provided video of proof I spent more than $350 on a game to reach milestones. They only have to pay me $150 & they won't bc tracking messed up. I have provided all proof they have asked for and still got denied. They still come out ahead if they pay me the $150 Im owed. I plan to fight this all the way. I have played games through Misyplay & Inbox dollars both have stood by & rewarded me when their tracking system messed up after showing them proof. This app will not. Go somewhere else to make money playing games. They won't pay out even when they make a $200 profit.

I have earned over 30 pounds and now there are no games on offer, only surveys which pay much less than survey sites. I'm waiting for more games, but not optimistic. looks like a scam

Would give zero stars if I could. Spent months building my pot - finally got to £75 and when I requested payout they banned my account for no reason at all and withheld the money. So unfair

I have been scammed of 150 pounds I put in a support Ticket and they never responded I will be seeking legal action on this

Big load of rubbish! It’s just a way to get people to buy in game purchases. Nothing more. Stay away and think. Why would someone pay you to play a game especially with in game purchases. It’s impossible to reach the milestones without making an ingame purchase. Biggest con ever and i will take them court somewhow

App is a scam and waste of time.
Have to download games through their app which is fair enough. However they regularly don’t track or record rewards despite following their many instructions and ‘rules’.
Didn’t ‘recognise’ that I’d spent money on a game to reach a reward milestone on testerup which should’ve paid more than I’d spent in the game.
Their reply was just that it was unfortunate that it hadn’t tracked and they understand the frustration. Absolutely terrible customer service, which I think is evident by the other reviews on here.
I genuinely wouldn’t bother wasting your time with this app.

SCAM ALERT! Legal action was taken. When you go to cash out, your account gets blocked. They claimed "violation of terms of service". I had my account for over a year. I had to get a lawyer involved, they eventually paid me.

I wrote a review about not receiving my cashout from Testerup Via Paypal and the response:

We want you to feel confident about every cashout step, and we are working to make payouts more reliable and transparent going forward!

How can I trust you and go forward when I haven't received the cashout from the 1st time. Nope it seems from other reviews Testerup is untrustworthy like all the other Payapps. I am not going to continue playing on Testerup when I didn't get paid the 1st $50 ..yep just like any untrustworthy company, they are blaming me but the error is on their side.

Game has stopped adding money at level 800. I'm now on level 1,600. Had no money added for ages. It's been on £24 for weeks

Don't waste your time. For anyone thinking of trying this, be aware: it won't pay out until you've passed £55 in earnings. The progress fails to track correctly which means you have to screen record your progress, then their operatives take weeks to get back to you. If their software detects you using a VPN at any point, or you have 'third party software' installed on your phone it invalidates any progress or goals, even if you have the evidence.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. I have been using this app for over 1 year. At first things were ok. They went downhill from there. I had lots of issues with the app. The app continues to be un-openable. I have to delete the app and reinstall it every time I wanted to see my progress or make a withdrawal. Sometimes it take 3-5 times to delete/reinstall before I can get it to open. And it’s a 1 and done. Can never get in more that once. I “worked” with customer service for over 5 months. I followed every step to fix the app on my end dozens of times. Nothing ever worked. I used to be a programmer. I understand many issues and how to resolve them. No one of the multitude of reps I emailed with was willing to work with me to correct the issue. I was $5 from beginning able to withdraw but could get the app to allow me to sign up for any new offers to get to that goal. They refused to help in any way. Always told me that the issue was on my end and they would do nothing to check my account to see if the problem was there. They continued to state that the problem was my phone and had nothing to do with their app. I use several of these apps and have no problem with any others. To date I still have $30 sitting in my account and can not touch it. Nor will they give me a payout for anything under $35. They keep telling my to sign in and pick new offers. Yet the app still does not allow me to do anything.

Testerup banned my account with a $90 balance right after I requested my pay out. I have official, tracked completion emails from Testerup proving I finished the offers successfully. They conveniently said I violated their policies by either being out of region or using a vpn. I haven’t travelled outside the U.S. or used a con and previously have received payments. They are withholding my earnings for completed work unjustly. I have tried to escalate this but keep getting replies from their automated email system which is extremely frustrating. I need a manager to review my tracked task emails and release my funds so they can correct this. I would not recommend anyone use this platform as there is a very high chance they will arbitrarily and unfairly deactivate your account before you can withdraw your funds and all the work you did disappears.

They stole my £150 and gave zero explanation

Used to be ok when payouts were after £20. Had a few issues with some games not tracking and their customer service was rubbish, they always blame the user (said I had downloaded game before when I hadn't etc... they never look into their own issues)
A few months ago, I cashed out just before I got new phone and stopped using.
New phone, new start, new account... Now minimum set to £55.
Hit that yesterday and after the face verification it kicked me out and deactivated my account. Said user ban on violations.... Made to feel like a criminal! I've contacted support but I'm not holding out hope, I've spent months and my own money to hit my target.
Avoid!!

I have been waiting 10 days for my levels to be updated. I have sent all the proof required to the support team and they are not doing anything. I have spent £300 between two games to gain these levels. It’s a disgrace of an app, avoid at all costs.

Complete garbage. I've been playing one game and earning, I've reached $15. Then it stopped tracking my goals. When u reached out to them, they told me I violated terms by using VPN. I don't even know what a VPN IS!!

I earned over one hundred dollars over the course of four months and they denied payment but refused to explain why. This is an absolute scam. I followed all their rules. I hope someone files a class action lawsuit against them.
